Sometimes it was one thing after another with this crew. Other times, it was several things at once, as evidenced by the most recent series of events.

But Leon had to handle all of it. He was in the big chair now, literally in this case. He was in the Captain's Office, located just off the main bridge. It was fairly sparsely decorated, but had one hell of a view of the Bleed.

Not that Leon was taking too much time to enjoy it, he had a lot of work to do.

Claire felt him reaching, which obviously caused her to break away and look back over her shoulder at what he was doing. She half frowned, looking back at him, not really able to get a good look at what he was reaching for from her current position.

"What're you doing?"

"Locking the door," he told her, then kissed that little frown of hers. "Unless you want to risk being interrupted by more work...?"

Her frown disappeared when he kissed her, and she smiled again.

"Definitely not," she replied, leaning in to kiss him again briefly. "Although, what makes you think something is going to happen that requires locked doors?" Now who's the one getting teased?

He grinned at her, the kind of grin that said 'You are an evil, evil woman, Claire.'

"Let's just call it a hunch," he told her, tightening his arms around her, and kissing her again. "Us cop types tend to have those."
