Ship Work [Open]

Skimmed down just her plantsuit and her hair tied in a ponytail and tucked into the collar, Reimi was laying on a platform that hovered under the nose of the Calnus. While she wasn’t the most incredible mechanic in the world, she knew how to repair her own ship. After all, it had gotten them out of a tight spot.

Adjusting the panel, she wiped her hands and picked up a data pad. The readout scrolled out in front of her and she stuck her tongue out in thought. “Mmm, needs a little more….”

Currently, she was trying to make sure that the auto-repair function was going to be ready for any situation. Picking up a spanner, she adjusted the bolt one last time and entered some code into the machine.

So involved in her work, she didn’t notice that anyone could just come up and talk to her at any given time.

"Alright..." Lowe uttered, working to find, then bringing up, the timer menu. "How far back do you need this, Reimi?"

"Right...!" Lowe said, working on his panel. "...extra timer. What a bunch of..." he stopped as he finished his work. "Done!"

"Awesome! Two hands are better than one, that's for sure!" Lowe said, throwing up a thumbs up at Reimi. "You need anymore help? I'd be glad to keep going!"

"Gladly! Just show me where, and I'll handle the rest...!" Lowe said. He couldn't help to admit that it was nice to have her around - at the very least, it helped fill the void left without the rest of the Junk Guild.

"Eeugh... that's not good..." Lowe uttered, noticing the panel. "Okay, let's see what I can do..." With that, he reached over and started trying to free the panel. A little bit of work, but he was able to pry it free, stumbling back a bit as he did. "There! That wasn't so bad!"

"Oh, sure..." Lowe said, looking back, then handing Reimi the pliers.

"Really? Let me see!" Lowe said, the technician in him squealing in joy as he wedged himself beside Reimi. "Mmm, you're right...!"
