Meet N' Greet!

It's big meeting time! Word of mouth gets everyone gathered in the Obs Deck--everyone. New, old, the entire crew is there and that makes it clear that there's close to a hundred of them, if not more.

When they've all arrived, a blue bubble pops up around them, courtesy of Blue Beetle, to block them all from Stacy's sensors. Most of the new people were given the basic rundown by Cybil or Chief when they were first released. Some of them have already joined a discussion with a the Commanding Officers and department heads. Some have had a chance to explore a bit. Some were only just recently released.

"The problem is it's difficult to get in contact with everybody and organize without a good communication system. It's already tough enough as it is to get the word out for these meetings, and there's..." He hesitates. He might have been about to say something about how there are still people that miss them, but... wait. That's not right. Everybody's here, aren't they? Forget that.

He gives his head a little shake. Too much going on. Probably not getting enough sleep, will rectify that ASAP. Chief's nerves have been pulled tight lately and he's suspecting it's starting to get to him. That's never good.

"Nevermind. We need to get this together as soon as we can, and I can't go around the ship hunting everybody down individually. There's too many of you. I don't think patrolling areas of the ship that we already have access to in order to keep them secure goes against Stacy's protocols, whatever they are, so we should be able to safely discuss it without the telepaths shielding us after the meeting before everybody runs off on their own again."

"Patrol and look out for what?" Cassie still wasn't clear on this. "Anything unusual? Cause that's going to be near impossible." Considering everything here was unusual.

There was a minor eyebrow raise at whatever it was the Chief decided to not mention, but that was something Leon wasn't going to get into. At least not right this moment.

"Fair enough."

He'll be hanging around for that meeting.

"I'm guessing whatever we're looking out for," he answered Cassie, "we'll know it when we see it." And when 'it' invariably tries to kill them.
