An army cannot function without any support! Which is exactly why what was going down on the ship was so vital to what was happening planetside. Shuttles between the two managed to bring a few of the crew back up and can be used to send supplies back down. It was a vital service in this time of crisis.

Bridge Crew

Leon had taken command of the Bridge. His first instinct had been to go down there and get in the fight, especially with Sherry still having been on the surface. But most of the weapons were still on the ship, and for the time being, he was the highest ranking crewman on board. The responsibility was his.

Even though he had no experience commanding a starship.

But he at least had experience being tactical command and running ops, so he wasn't completely out of his depth. All he needed was to see who was where and what they needed.

Thankfully, he had some of the best hackers around still on board who could hijack a few satellites and get him eyes on the ground. The rest was simply shouting orders to get ships and weapons ready to be launched at a moments noticed, and to get ready for them to receive wounded.

Yeah, he could do this.

The Lounge

And where is Lex during all of this?

Well, he's not in the thick of it. He'll leave that action to all the so called heroes. For now, he's in the lounge, having a drink, and keeping an eye on his data pad as data from the fight continues to roll in.
