Meet and Greet Part Deux: The Socialing

The new people will find themselves ushered out of Obs Deck, so it can be shot down to the planet again, to pick the crew up. Eventually, the crew members on the mission are brought back up, and the doors open to let the two groups meet.

The newbies are likely not expecting their new crew-mates to come back bearing presents--which some of them are.

[ooc: This time anyone can post in. REMEMBER TO TAG OTHER PEOPLE, THO. This is set after the mission so mission peoples can meet the newbies. Latecomer newbies, if you want, you can just tag your guys into this one to make things easier.]

"Ahh!! ..Err I wa-wasn't looking for anything else in your bag! I-I could smell the machinery! Your bag smells like metal and plastic."

Chopper hope he did a good job of convincing Billy. That was a close one there! Thought the little reindeer.

Billy nodded, satisfied. He wasn't normally so easy to fool, but the holiday spirit and exhaustion had done a number on his usual sharpness.

"You didn't smell the chocolate under all that?" Yes, Billy liked his chocolate. And he couldn't help but tease Chopper just a little.

Chocolate!? Chopper had been too focused on the cotton candy to recognise the chocolate. He sniffed at the air trying to find the scent of chocolate. Ah, there. But it's faint.. "Is the chocolate wrapped?"

If Billy continued mentioning sweets like that to Chopper, Chopper was going to have to follow Billy around all day.

"Yes. I was hoping to keep it fresh for some time, and eat it sparingly. I don't know when we'll have another opportunity to buy some---but would you like a piece?" He was feeling quite charitable today, unwittingly attracting a new stalker at the same time.
