Magical Mystery Tour [Open]
If she were to create an entire new department, Nanoha reasoned that they would need a place to meet, to gather, train and to work ... whatever it was that they would be working on. As the Science Department had their laboratories and the Medical Department their medical bay, the girl had been busy searching the ship and the City for a place that felt... spiritual. Nanoha supposed that she could have chosen anywhere and they would have been able to make do, but perhaps the other volunteers would need someplace more conductive to the study and working of magical and mystical arts.
The ziggurat off to the side of the City caught her eye as she soared past it, for it seemed oddly like something she'd seen in the Sensoriums, back when she'd met Luke Skywalker. As she neared it, Nanoha realized it felt the same, too - there was a little tingle in her spine that wasn't quite any magic she was aware of, but it... felt almost familiar, and warm.
She touched down, the wings fading from her heels as she walked toward the structure, a smile appearing on her face. This place... it felt almost perfect.
"Hello! Is anyone here?" She called out - if it were occupied, of course, she'd look somewhere else.

At least it was someone she knew, and who could probably take her back later.

When she heard the calling, she looked up and saw a familiar face.
"Hello Nanoha. What brings you here?"

"What is the purpose of this sanctum?"

"Perhaps they know. It's certainly some place of study, that much is true."

She moved silently down the steps and waved at the young woman.
"I am here," she said, flashing a smile.

"So you are," she chuckled. "I don't think we've met, have we? I'm Nanoha."

After a pause, she shook her head. "Actually, I'm not here to meditate - at least, not now. I'm looking for a good spiritual spot where a Magical Department could meet, like the Science team has their Science lab. I can see why it'd be really nice to meditate here, though!"

She was not far from the ziggurat when she heard a familiar voice call out, and turned in that direction. "Nanoha?"

"If you wanted a tour, you should have just asked for one."

Shaking her head a little to clear her thoughts, she did her best to ignore that familiar teasing expression. "I didn't want to bother you. You had something planned for today, right?"

And then, hi Fate, have a very tight hug. Nanoha isn't going to get tired of hugging you any time soon.
"You know I'm never too busy to make time for you."

Adjusting his guitar, he added, "The Demon in Me... hmm..."

"Is that the song you were telling me about?"
