Repairs and construction [Open to any and all, especially those helping with the repairs]
Who: OPEN! Especially people interested in infrastructure.
Where: Assorted locations around the city, and the locations for construction of the new safe zones.
Summary: Celena being a busy dragon and overseeing and coordinating construction efforts.
The last few weeks since the attacks had been exceedingly busy ones for Celena, from working on repairs to the city, working out locations and methods of construction for the new shelters that would act as safe zones for the crew as well as her own projects on the side, such as the construction of a number of new gateway devices in preparation of the construction of the catenary that would link them even while in the bleed.
Today however Celena's sole focus was on the repairs and construction going on within the city. Her wings easily taking her from site to site, helping where she could with those who were working there before she moved on to the next site. Making her way around the city at large until she made her way to the first of the locations that she had set to become the first of the shelters.
Landing in the street by the construction site she padded on over. The location in question had previously been what had looked to be a storage facility of some kind at least from what she had gathered from the ruins of it, the upper floors were complete ruins and had been since cleared away, what usable materials that could be salvaged had been. The lower floors and indeed the sturdy basements beneath had fortunately remained intact. Out the front of the building stood one of her knowledge crystals, displaying an interactive holographic display of the plans for repair and fortification of the building that were soon to commence.
(OOC: Feel free to run into her at any of the locations, especially if the character is interested in or already helping with the repairs and/or construction work!)

"How we looking?"

"The majority of the damage to the upper portions has been cleared, there is still a few portions that need to be cleared within the lower floors, nothing that will hinder initial construction efforts however,"
no subject
"Ready for anything we need to hit up! I'm good to also sit down and go over any additional note you might want to go over as far as the portal and teleportation project."

"There is still a few portions of rubble still in the main level of the building, but nothing that will impede work, otherwise reinforcement of the outer walls of the structure can begin," She comments as she gestures to the small hologram of the building before them, the main portions fading to reveal the indicated walls and rubble.
"I would be happy to do either, I've many of the gates underway and in progress so that when the chance arises the links may be established," She had been a busy dragoness the last few weeks that was for sure.

She turned to smile at her friend and nodded, "Well, we can get some of the structural work easy," she added as she pointed to a few of the places that needed the most work. "Then afterwards, maybe during a break, we can go over other plans over some nice delicious slop~" of course the last bits had been a playful joke, who really enjoyed slop? But the time they'd spend together would be well-worth anything the slop can toss at them and more! She always loved hanging out with her friend.

She couldn't help but give a chuckle at that, peering back to Ronnae, "Indeed, I would be quite interested in going over such other plans, best to ensure that plans mesh and work together properly after all, and indeed I am interested in learning more of your teleporter system," She commented with something of a grin. Discussing and discovering new things in such a way was something she enjoyed immensely after all.

"Alright! Let's get this done and make it even better than before! What doesn't kill you makes you stronger as they say right?" she replied as she grabbed a tool belt, a tool bag and slung that over her shoulder, ready to go to her assigned spot and start her work.

Once she had figured where would be a good place to start, she set her tools down and made quick work of starting up her part.

Diverting off to her own spot to start work, though within sight and earshot for the most part. Though she had no physical tools she began work the versatility of her energies more than made up for her lack of tools.

"Greetings! Were you in need of assistance?" she greeted with a dip of her head and asked quite cheerfully.

With a graceful leap, Celena jumped down to street level, landing a few meters from the other.

"As to the result of the gravity bursts, relatively how small and dense is the resulting matter? For an equivalent size of course,"

He didn't have the first idea about real construction. All he knew was how to wreck stuff. But the Robot attack everyone kept talking about had apparently done a good enough job of that.
He couldn't help thinking of home as he gazed up at a particularly ruined building. Then a dragon flew over head and his eyes went wide following it. Craning his head back he fell onto his significantly huge rump with a thud like a boulder falling into the street.
He never would get used to seeing things like that.

Flying down low between the buildings she brought herself down into the street and landed gracefully not a few meters from the rocky looking individual, "Greetings, my apologies if I startled you," she greeted with a cheerful enough expression, hardly the ferocious angry dragon.
no subject
"Uh...hi." He muttered suddenly feeling foolish for having wandered out here with no basic plan. A complete lack of social skills would drag out the silence as he looked at her with confused bleary eyes.

"I don't believe we've had the chance of meeting previously, I am Celena Vantari, Head of the Infrastructure subdivision of Engineering," introducing herself with a dip of her head and an easy smile. "I assume you were a part of the most recent pod release?"
no subject
"Yeah, the last one...I'm Orc." He added nodding in greeting. Maybe he'd gotten particularly lucky.

"If there's anything I can assist with, or questions as to engineering or infrastructure in particular with, I'd be happy to help,"
