The other half of the party! [Open]
Who: Billy, the bachelor party guests, and gate crashers! (OPEN, in other words)
Where: The Drunken Dragon Tavern (ctrl-f for description if you need it)
Summary: Billy's getting married soon, and what else would happen but a bachelor party! Everybody drinks and is merry. Maybe a little too merry.
The day was almost here. While Ronnae was off partying with her friends in the Sensoriums, Jamie had brought Billy to a rather different place. He was ushered into Kang's tavern, where a couple good friends had pulled up some stools. This was going to be embarrassing. Especially when the kegs started rolling out.
Soon enough, Billy had tasted his first few brews. There was a tolerable drink in there somewhere. Once he found it, he nursed it, and soon enough he was warm and comfortable. He looked happy, an ominous sign of things to come. Right now, he's probably laughing much louder than he normally would at someone's joke. or slapping them on the back.
Let's tell stories and have some fun!

He replaced Billy's mug with a grin and sat down with his own, "I told you I'd get a drink in you yet."

He thought of a few ideas. Oh, someone was going to be chatty tonight.
I apologize for this
Then he turned around and walked out.
Re: I apologize for this
"The celebration is this way, friend." Goliath eyed the human curiously. "Are you not a friend of the recently betrothed?"
no subject
"Not particularly," said Soren. "The only thing I know about him is that he's the head of Engineering. He seems competent enough. Likely to be overcome with remorse once he's less inebriated. I see no reason to impose on his... revelry."

"Aye, well, you're welcome to stay anyway if ye like.

He quirked an eyebrow ridge at Soren, but didn't say anything, raising his mug at Goliath and glancing over at Jamie. "I hope that thing runs on batteries, because there aren't any electrical outlets in here."

However, given that Billy's currently in his cups and Jamie isn't entirely sure what he's doing with the machine, it may wind up that they just have a very fancy box to set drinks on. Still, it couldn't hurt to have a go at getting it up and running. With a nod to Goliath and Soren, he wandered back over to try and fiddle with it some more.

He slaps the table, demonstrating bouncing with a smile he'd never flash while sober.
"There's room, isn't there? Drinks all around?" Oh, just wait. He's only getting started.

He would stay for a brief while, then, to see it at work.

"Don't be so shy! Come on, we've got a lot more to talk about. Get in here, all of you!"

"Oh. Aye, of course," he commented, doing his very best to sound for all the world as though he knew that all along. He flicked what he thought was the on switch for the machine. As luck would have it, he was right. A burst of rather loud feedback spilled out through the speakers on the front of the machine, and Jamie rather hurriedly punched a few buttons until it subsided into a soft electronic hum. After a quick apologetic look to the rest of the room, he went back to the bar to retrieve his own tankard.
"There ye are, Billy. It should be ready for ye to start singing whenever ye want to."
He lifted the tankard to his lips, hiding a faint grin in the process. Would his friend actually be willing to have a go at it?

He flashes Jamie a thumbs-up of approval. "Great! But we can't let your hard work go to waste. Come on, who wants to do it?"
Yes, he wants a group.
