Stupid cloud! Stupid ship! Stupid laws of physics!

Three attempts in and this had not been going well.

Outside the transport tubes in the city hovered one pegasus pony, staring in irritation at said tubes. One hoof rested on what was unmistakably a cloud -- a puffy, friendly-looking white cloud, just the right size to make a comfy napping spot for a pegasus who, well, really liked napping.

"You stupid tube tentacle... things!" she said, expecting that the ship would somehow respond. "Let me take the cloud up to that Hydro-whatsit place!"

"I see... So why won't the tube let you take it up there?" he asked.

"Because the stupid tentacles can't move a cloud. They go through it like an earth pony would! Then it just breaks apart!" She huffed, as if this was a personal insult to her.

"So, if there's no way to go through without the tentacles trying to grab anyone or anything entering the tubes, then what you need is a way to protect the cloud from the tentacles," Tails reasoned. He placed his hand on his chin. "Hmmm..."

He snapped his fingers. "I've got an idea!" He turned on his heel and started flying off. "I'll be back soon!"
