Calling Team November [Closed to ...team November, obviously.]
Team November, report to the Precinct immediately.
Javert is not particularly skilled with the omnicom, but he's double and triple-checked the short message and is fairly sure everything is correct and clear by the usual standards, cursing the small, awkward keypad.
He stands firmly outside the Precinct, ideally easy to spot, for once not lurking in the background but allowing his height and stature to make him a clear and obvious landmark, and waits for his team to find him. He's fairly sure it won't be that difficult.

No, she's not going to give up calling him Fearless Leader.

In fact, she's already figured out how the jobs here relate to the jobs at the sept back home, and it's helped her to feel a bit more relaxed.
"Hello Sir," she says, greeting Javert. She carries herself a little uncertainly, though her tail is down and her head level. She's not the boss here.

"My name is Javert. If you must call me something ridiculous, rethink and default to my name." That snippy comment was directed to Wyn and Wags, and not to Bella.
"At this point, it is prudent for us to meet and familiarize, and at some point train. I trust that the larger amount of you are fully capable of defending yourselves, but learning to act as a cohesive group and not individuals is, at the moment, our largest priority."

"I have arrived." He eyes the nominal human leader. He didn't look too tough.

Then Wags noticed Red Snout entering the room.
"...and I'm gonna completely ignore that instinct in favor of completely embarrassing our resident Deinonychus for as long as we're on this ship."

It has scales.
"Is it Wyrmish?" she asks, as if Red Snout can't speak.

"Everyone will learn to hold everyone on this team in equal standing, and to obey me." And that's to everyone. They need to get over who has fur, who has scales, and who is walking around two-legged and furless.
"I do not care what you are, who you are, or who you assume I am. I am your leader, and you are my team. You will work together, you will obey me, and we will be as efficient as possible or I will know why.
"I understand that for some of you, you would prefer not to work with others on this team or to listen to me. I do not care. 'Velociraptor', 'Garou', or human, we will be an efficient and strong team, and that is all I will accept."
no subject
"I just think he's a jerk. And I work perfectly well in a pack, regardless of actually liking anyone in it. But insulting at least one person very time I decide to open my mouth is something I do. It's what every Ragabash does."
no subject
"I am a raptor. Raptor. Remember it, idiot." A significant glance for you, Bella.
"I am not a worm either!" Yes, Javert, he is completely ignoring you to bicker with the werewolves.

"I did not say you could not work with others. I simply implied you had never before worked in a pack mentality."
He stares at the arguing mess of wolves and dinosaur, and attempts to figure out how to establish dominance over this mess. He's not one to raise his voice, and he doubts it will do good to prove his capabilities.
He will, however, walk between Wags and Red Snout calmly, leveling glares at both of them in turn.
"Cultural habits or no, you will both listen to me. Your ridiculous arguments do not matter at the moment, and you may resume taunting and fussing when we are not in the middle of a meeting."

"He is Ragabash," says Bella, flicking an ear at Wags. "It is what he does."
no subject
"Of course. How improper of me to bicker while there is business."
