Hello Kittenland

Welcome to Kittenland, the most adorable place in Happy Happy Fun World! If you didn't like Kittenland, you probably had no soul at all.

There was the Kitten Go Round, a Merry Go Round where everyone could ride a kitten; the Nyan Cat Coaster, a rollercoaster where the carriages were in the shape of kittens with pop tart bodies, racing along a rainbow track to the constant sound of 'nyanyanyanyan'; the Kitten Petting Corner (with real kittens!); and the Hello Kitty Teacups.

And then there was the merchandise - the Nyan Cat Coaster had a shop of it's own, as did the Hello Kitty Teacups, both with a considerable range in merchandise; there was Kitten Candy, kitten t-shirts, kitten magnets, and more. Oddly enough though, you couldn't buy actual kittens.

It was probably good that Cazali didn't have pain receptors, because the calico had moved on to a more sensitive dread- the longest one, which was also basically Caz's tail. He did give it a curious look before letting the kitten play, but reminiscing was stronger. "...it's nostalgic." He could admit that to a cat-beast. "Makes me wish I was young again~" Considering he sounded teen aged, that was pretty ridiculous.

A beat. "You're the first cat I've been able to speak to in English, I think~ You from the ship?"

"I'm not a cat," he corrected with a small shake of his head. Though he did somewhat resemble a feline. It was always a mystery to really know what Nanaki was. Him and his kind were just ... them. "But most people seem to be surprised when I speak to them. So their surprise doesn't really surprise me anymore. But yes, I'm aboard that ship."

A shrug, which seemed to startle the kitten in to darting to his other shoulder. "'Cat' or no, cat enough for me." Whatever that meant. Frankly, Caz wasn't going to think too hard about it- his senses were artificial, so trying to make heads or tails of them was a headache.

"Well, humans aren't great at listening when other things speak, so." He gently pried the calico off his back, flopping on to his side and rolling on to his back, to let the kitten rest on his chest. "Sometimes it's nice, to just have a bit of bodylanguage~ Maybe that's just me."

Nanaki smiled at that, relaxing again next to some of the kittens as one of them batted at his nose. "That's true. Even if sometimes looks can trump body language for first impressions."

Cazali seemed to shift awkwardly after Nanaki brought up 'looks', and with a jangle of medals and yellow light, shifted to his human guise. The poor calico seemed to startle completely, leaping off Caz at breakneck speed and hiding behind Nanaki.

"...yeah, just a bit~" If that didn't prove the other's point, nothing would. Caz put his hands behind his head, kicking a leg up to rest on bent knee. "Communication's sort of fascinating like that~"

He did blink, but otherwise didn't seem too put off. Just curious, really. "Was that a costume? Or some sort of other form?"

That was probably the one pro about the ship- people didn't freak out when he was in Greeed form.

"This one's the costume." Cazali tilted his head so he was watching Nanaki upside-down, rubbing his fingers together and trying to entice the calico back over. "This one's a bit more comfortable for talking, I guess~"
