When the Big Girls Play~! [Visitation Day Plot! Completely Open!]
Ellistree had followed Nokosi and Kaya into hydroponics, and for the first time since arriving on board the Transmigration 9 did she feel at complete ease.
Not that she felt bad being around the odd vessel, but the lack of nature was uncomfortable for sure. The vast variety of flora and fauna in the place was an amazing breath of fresh air, and it was clear that the child of nature was at home in such environments. It almost looked as if her skin took on a beatiful glow as she sauntered off through the place, smiling and dancing amongst the trees, and creatures kept in Hydroponics.
The rather tall elf was trully in a state of bliss, and anyone who approached her might get a sudden hug, or a playful gesture depending on how they approached her. But granted a more hostile approach won't be shyed away from, after all, Ellistree was fiercer than most feral druids, and that was saying a lot. It could be balmed on the blood that coursed trough her veins, making her even more dominant and aggressive than normal.
[[OOC: Open post! Really! Anyone can join in, don't be shy, she won't bite (Much!). You're free to interact with anyone who's in the initial post (Ellistree, Nokosi, Kaya, Billy or Ronnae. Or you can join in the FFA tag spree between them, it's all game! Threadjacking encouraged! Feeling brave enough to poke at the tall elven looking woman?! Go for it! It's all for fun!]]

Soon however, the saber turned into the much taller, elven-looking female with the same wide grin, making it easy for her fangs and tusks to be seen.
"Ronnie! So you really are here you little sunflower of joy~! I'm so glad you're okay!"
As if she needed to enforce just how happy she was to see her, Ellistree pressed her lips against hers, and kissed the younger girl... rather affectionately. Whoops! Manners? Where are they? Not here!
no subject
Don't mind her. She just does that,. Ellistree is VERY friendly, and very hands on. But she's very sweet. Why don't you introduce yourself?
no subject
He hoped this didn't mean it was time for a test already! He wasn't quite at the level he wanted to be yet. Shaking his head and filing a mental note to get sunflowers for Ronnae if possible, he flashed a smile at Kaya while he waited for the pair to finish. I know, she's family right? Ronnae warned me that they were all like this.
When there was a spare moment, he craned his neck to look at the much taller woman. She was...eyecatching, and rather intimidating too. This could be more complicated than he thought.
"Hello." He had no idea if he was expected or not, so that seemed like a simple enough place to start.
no subject
But then that voice!
And the woman in front of her... It couldn't be? Could it?
The kiss was proof enough of course, and sure enough, Ronnae returned it with as much eager affection. Tears already streaming from her half closed eyes, arms wrapped around the much taller woman in a desperate embrace.
Once they separated, she looked up at Ellistree with tear filled eyes.
"E-Elli, it's you... it's r-really you..."
no subject
"It is me sweetheart. Don't cry okay? I'm here, so don't worry kay'?"
Her attention turned to the human male and she gave him a studying gaze, looking him up and down before smiling warmly, nodding respectfully.
"You must be Ronnae's mate. Pleasure to meet you."
She took a moment to get off Ronnae and help her up, pulling the girl against her form and holding her close.
"I'm Grand Marshal Ellistree Moonshadow, of the Oliviera-Moonshadow House."
no subject
When she greeted him, he inclined his head for a moment. It did feel awkward to talk when he was so short. Not all that short for a human male, really, but even the humans on this ship all seemed taller than average. This height difference was just hopeless.
"It's an honor. So you've been told a little about me, huh?" He shot questioning glances at Nokosi and Kaya before continuing. "I'm Billy Cranston, just the co-chief of the engineering department of this ship. And Ronnae's mate, though no true mating technically happens here."
How could it if they were all sterilized beforehand? Just a little quirk of semantics.
no subject
She was totally third wheel here, but so long as Nokosi and the others were here, it was ok.
no subject
"Yes. I told her the most important bits first, of course." Unfortunately for Billy, 'most important' was fairly vague.
no subject
Yes Elli, you better carry her with you!!!
no subject
In fact, that's exactly what she did! The 7'5"
amazonianelf-looking woman picked up the shorter half elf with ease, keeping her pressed comfortably against her, as she walked over to the group.Elli of course frowned a bit. "A position of leadership is nothing to scoff at, neither is being someone's mate." She said with reassurance, bot dropping her smile, but giving the boy a wink so he wouldn't feel TOO intimidated by the slender yet powerful female.
"So tell me a bit more about yourselves~" She mused happily, settling down at the base of a large tree and caressing Ronnae's hair comfortingly. Oddly enough, small plants began to almost edge towards the woman. Some even beginning to grow around her and even the animals seemed to have a form of kinship with the druid, getting closer and becoming docile and affectionate.
"I know almost everything there is to know about these two sweethearts, so I must know what drew you two to become such important parts of their lives."
no subject
"As I said, I've been directing the engineers around here for a while. I got there with my years of experience tinkering with things. Everything that I could get my small hands on was taken apart," he laughed, "and my parents weren't too happy with that. They had to build me a lab in the garage just to keep me away from their stuff."
He raked a hand through his hair as he thought, remembering the sorts of things Ronnae had wanted to know about Earth. "I'm from a planet called Earth, and the region I lived in was far more peaceful than Azeroth---at least it was for a while. I grew up simply studying and learning everything that I could. Most of my peers didn't like that and made their disapproval known, but I got by. I had a few friends eventually, though, and when war from an invading force began my friends and I were drafted and given powers. I was by far the weakest of the group---I still am, no doubt---but I've trained to the point that I can function on a battlefield without being too much of a liability now. I'm still training, hoping that I can be on more even footing with these three someday."
He'd come from a brief training session with a few of his friends, actually, wearing the loose top and shorts he usually saved for running, weights, and martial arts.

"I just work in Med bay," she said, "as I mentioned before! In the world I'm from, there are regular huamns and humans like me who can control specific elements. Where I'm from, I can control water: I can fashion it as a weapon or use it as a way of protection. I come from world that was, at the time, in the grips of a pretty intense war: that's why I needed to learn how to use offensive maneuvers to help other benders fight back. I can also heal with water, hence why I work in medbay."
She looked over at Nokosi, smiling. "I met him through Billy and Ronnae. We used to just talk a lot of the time, but recently its become...something more."
no subject
He reached out and tugged on the back of Ronnae's shirt to get her attention, then leaned forward in an attempt to see her face. Sure, this was a shock for her and gods knew it was just the type of spirit-lifting she needed, but if she spent all afternoon sobbing her eyes out she wouldn't have time to actually get anything done.
no subject
"She'll get up when she feels like it Kosi, you know better... Or are you jealous cause she's in your usual spot?" She mused with a slight smirk before turning to the others.
First, she gave Billy a slight frown but nodded in understanding.
"Frankly, the first step would be working on your confidence... which wouldn't be saying much considering your mate lacks it incredibly so outside of the battlefield or whenever she's in one of those labs of hers. Once you manage that? The world's your oyster. Specially when you have something so dear to be fighting for." Not only their loved ones, but their entire worlds.
"Someone's past is relevant to a persons growth... and I see that you've gone through hardships as well, each one has their own... terrors from the past. It's up to us to defeat them, but it's much easier with loved ones along the way... Even if... some are impossible to overcome fully." Her hand trailing up and down Ronnae's back comfortingly.
Turning to Kaya, she smiled, "So you're a healer as well? It's good to see the healing arts are not lost." Being one herself and remembering her younger years where she disliked training in such manners, but eventually became one of the, if not the most highly skilled healers in her squadron.
Her hand glowed a bright, soothing green for a few moments, and during such time, the entire area where they sat began to bloom, not only that, their bodies could even be felt being invigorated, healing and refreshing themselves for the duration of the spell. As if their cells were replenishing and reconstructing themselves.
"Though I find it curious, it sounds like your benders are specialized shamans. But the magics are very different from your description even if the element of water is also the healing element in our world."
no subject
Nonetheless, she remained on Ellistrees lap, kind of, nudged between her legs while facing the group, back towards Ellistree.
She looked sheepish, but it was clear that she was really happy, a blush clear on her face and her fingers nervously fidgeting against each other as she listened in to the conversations.
no subject
He found his eyes drifting back to Ronnae as he talked, his heart warmed by how happy she looked. That might've also been the healing cheering him up---it was quite helpful after a long training session, actually.
"I'm sure you can find someone else to cuddle, Nokosi," he suggested, casting a meaningful glance at Kaya. And that left no cuddles for Billy, but that was okay. "Speaking of cuddles...you probably want to hear more about how I fell for Ronnae, right? We were just co-workers at first. I saw at once how incredibly creative she is, and our collaborations were great. Then we had some mishaps that were rather embarrassing for me, but she cheered me up afterward. A strange sequence of events followed, and we seemed to do things backwards at times. We married before we even kissed, for example."
Billy was choosing not to volunteer the more embarrassing examples, but he'd answer honestly if asked. The faint blush made it obvious that the stories were there.
no subject
The healing actually made her a bit happier too, and without thinking about it, leaned against Nokosi, her head on his shoulder. She gave Billy a look, specifically telling him he should get in there with Ronnae and Ellistree.
"They were very sweet, actually," Kaya said. "They were trying to resist their attraction, but they won out in the end!"
no subject
He wasn't really annoyed at Ellistree for smacking him, but Billy's words did bring up a good point.
Nokosi extended an arm to pat Ronnae on the head, then kissed Kaya on the forehead. He slowly stood and purposefully strode towards Billy, flashing the shorter man a toothy grin as he made his way over. Once he was beside him, he looped an arm around his waist and...snuggled up to him.
"You are so kind to offer, Billy."
Yes, he saw that meaningful look at Kaya, but he was going to interpret this the way he did.
no subject
Her voice was almost musical when she spoke now, trying to keep in tune with her hum. "That sounds about right~ If anyone was gonna take little Ronnae's heart, it would be someone who could understand her. So that alone gives me reassurance. Just, you know, for both your sakes, work on your confidence." she reiterated with a playful wink at Billy and a comforting smile.
"I find myself on the battlefield quite often. Both as heavy assault, infiltration and battle healer. So don't think that just because you're a healer you get to stay in the back ground. People like us have the hardest jobs next to the Enforcers and Protectors. We're the ones who're gonna get focused on at first since we're keeping everyone in the fights longer." Of that, she was certain. Plenty of times had she had to fend off attackers while healing her group, or be sent on missions to take out the enemy healers.
The sight of Nokosi's actions brought a melodious laugh to her lips as she covered her mouth a bit. This was just like Nokosi, and one of the reasons she was so fond of him. He viewed the world through his eyes and no one elses, that made him incredibly unique and special, a fact she felt that Kaya would appreciate and care for.
That's why her hand found itself tugging on Kaya to rest on her, allowing the human to be comforted by her side as she hugged her to her before continuing the braid making.
no subject
He watched Nokosi with interest, wondering how sweet of a boyfriend he was to Kaya. There hadn't been many chances to see them in action before, and he did like to see this. Forehead kiss---cute, ruffling Ronnie's hair was sweet, but then he was coming toward him?
Billy fell against Nokosi with a light thump, caught off guard by the sudden cuddling. He'd meant Kaya, of course, but he supposed this was fair enough. Nokosi was right, he had made the suggestion. And there were far worse things to be doing than curling up with a good friend, even one that made him feel awkward at times. Zack would have done it if given half the chance.
"I will. Someday I'll prove that I'm confident enough to do whatever I like." Somehow. That was going to be far more difficult than saying it was, but he already had an idea....
Smiling innocently at all of them, he rested his head on Nokosi's shoulder and wrapped his own arm around the elf. Small steps. "You'll all breathe a sigh of relief when we stop the embarrassment, right?"
no subject
"I'm confident y-you will sweetheart. You've r-really come a long way from when we first met, of that I'm sure. And... J-judgin' by what you've told me, a milestone away from your previous life w-when it comes to being confident."
She smiled sheepishly, picking a flower that had sprouted in front of her due to the magic and brought it to her nose to get a nice smell of the fragrance.
"He makes a great leader Elli, and I'm sure he'll only get better." Her words where full of pride, happy to be talking to one of her family members about her lover.
"And Kaya is an amazing friend, I know she'd be welcomed and loved in our world... I wish they could both come... I really do."
no subject
It was a pretty dark scene afterwards, and something that actually made her lean back on the taller girl and sigh. "Billy's made lots of progress and so has Ronnae. I'm really proud of them, actually. I hope to see them get even stronger too, and of course I'll have their backs in battle."
She flushed at Ronnae's compliments. "I'm lucky to have all of them, really."
no subject
Of course there were many other questions and phrases he could say to cause that certain scenario, but there was no point in doing that unless he was genuinely curious. He and Ronnae talked enough that there was no need for him to be.
"Progress," he stated very matter-of-factly.
no subject
"Though really, I'm amazed that this little one here got to that part of the relationship. It always took me sooooo long just to coax her into a bit of girl time." She grinned mischievously, knowing all too well it would bring that oh-so adorable blush that she loved seeing on little Ronnie.
no subject
Her face, forever red....
That grass seemed mighty interesting right about now, cause Ronnae's eyes were now locked onto the ground, feeling a wee bit too embarrassed to look up for the moment.
"Y-yeah... I'm s-s-sorta amazed m-myself... But... I... . I d-don't r-regret it o-one bit!" she managed to squeak out in her cute little voice.
