When the Big Girls Play~! [Visitation Day Plot! Completely Open!]
Ellistree had followed Nokosi and Kaya into hydroponics, and for the first time since arriving on board the Transmigration 9 did she feel at complete ease.
Not that she felt bad being around the odd vessel, but the lack of nature was uncomfortable for sure. The vast variety of flora and fauna in the place was an amazing breath of fresh air, and it was clear that the child of nature was at home in such environments. It almost looked as if her skin took on a beatiful glow as she sauntered off through the place, smiling and dancing amongst the trees, and creatures kept in Hydroponics.
The rather tall elf was trully in a state of bliss, and anyone who approached her might get a sudden hug, or a playful gesture depending on how they approached her. But granted a more hostile approach won't be shyed away from, after all, Ellistree was fiercer than most feral druids, and that was saying a lot. It could be balmed on the blood that coursed trough her veins, making her even more dominant and aggressive than normal.
[[OOC: Open post! Really! Anyone can join in, don't be shy, she won't bite (Much!). You're free to interact with anyone who's in the initial post (Ellistree, Nokosi, Kaya, Billy or Ronnae. Or you can join in the FFA tag spree between them, it's all game! Threadjacking encouraged! Feeling brave enough to poke at the tall elven looking woman?! Go for it! It's all for fun!]]

She looked down, a small smile on her lips as she wondered what it'd be like to have a nice outing with her family and friends. Maybe to one of the beaches they frequented on family vacations. All together, having a nice, fun time. Cooking, eating, playing, singing, all the affection and care ever.
It was enough to make her heart skip, even at the words being tossed around.
She gave Billy a return on the little action, taking said heart from the air and pressing it against her own and smiling timidly at him.
At Nokosi's words, she was... well she was rather surprised.

That offer didn't go unnoticed, though. He filed it to the back of his mind just in case, standing to smile at the three women. They looked so content, it was contagious.
"I could laze around in the warmth all day," he declared, taking a seat close enough to them to reach for Ronnae's hand. "But there's still so much to learn that I don't know where to begin."
no subject
She brought Nokosi over just so she could lean on him and Ellistree. Somehow, the dynamic between the two of them was so warm and friendly, it made Kaya want to be closer to them.It was hard to put into words, but she felt if Ellistree were here, they'd be good girlfriends, able to confide and fight and laugh with each other. It would serve Kaya well too: she'd lost most of her good girlfriends to podding.
"What do you want to learn?" Kaya asked.
no subject
Not that it wasn't good, it actually brought a wide smile to her face and she couldn't help but hug him over Kaya before settling back against the tree.
Now then, she had all her little babies close, except Billy who was only close enough to hold little Ronnie's hand, that wouldn't do. So she leaned forward, pushing against Ronnie a little and pulled her lover over closer so he too, could lay on her and be next to Ronnae. She loved the feeling of people close together, just enjoying themselves.
"Knowing that you've put that much thought into it Nokosi, makes me feel a lot happier. I think you two will be more than fine. Just as well as these two love birds over here."
With that, Ellistree began to sing a little tune, in a low sweet tone so that they could still talk. It was a serene song, once often heard being whispered and hummed by the wisps that lived around Ashenvale. A song Nokosi was very fond of and asked her to sing on many occasions.
no subject
Nokosi shrugged and bobbed his head in agreement. "I have a lot of time to think, so it is only natural," he said, shifting his body so that he could be comfortable in the new spot.
"Besides that, even if she does not care that I am more than 10 times her age, it does not mean the people on this ship are so dismissive of it. Despite it being none of their business in the first place, engaging in such acts so quickly would probably tarnish her image. These are things I must keep in mind, too."
So he wasn't very good boyfriend material, but at least he was trying.
He fell silent when Ellistree began singing. Already a yawn escaped him and the elf found himself forcibly fighting off sleep. It was the same tune she'd sing to ease away the anger that rose whenever the Warsong Clan encroached further into Ashenvale. Considering their assault after tainting the heart of the forest, those Orcs were lucky for Ellistree's unseen assistance. If not for her, he would have killed the entire lot of them.

It was a moment of peace that she hadn't felt in a very long time, and one she wouldn't be forgetting any time soon.
She held onto Billy hand with a tight little squeeze before leaving their fingers intertwined gently. The nice little huddle giving her a comforting warmth she hadn't experienced since her time at home, or that one time that her, Billy and Kaya snuggled up under her blankets when she was sad.
All in all, they were all amazing feelings and memories.
Even hearing that Nokosi had given his relationshio with Kaya so much thougth made her smile. He really had always been such a kind and caring soul, misunderstood greatly by the many that looked upon him with discrimination and mockery. She reached over and rubbed his face gently, smiling over at him before nuzzling up to her side with Elli and Billy.

He went along with Ellistree's guiding arm, resting himself on her side and next to Ronnae. Once there, he stretched an arm as far as it would extend to wrap around his lover, and hopefully reach Nokosi or Kaya too. This wasn't what he was used to, but he did have to agree. It felt nice.
"You're doing fine, Nokosi, don't worry. You two take great care of each other."
With a happy little sigh, he relaxed onto them and shifted his attention to Ellistree's song. It really was beautiful, just like the ones Ronnae would often hum to him when they were resting in each other's arms at night. Were they similar? He thought he heard some familiar notes, or maybe that was just the familiar mood.
"Is this like home to you, to be so close?" he asked the Azerothians, though he suspected Kaya might be used to something similar too.
no subject
"Now wait a minute! What is this nonsense about my image being tarnished for being with you in that way? Making love is a natural, special way to show someone how much you care, to share something that only those people in the relationship can show each other. And you're saying that you think I care if some people want to reduce that to something they feel is improper? If you and I are going to do that, we'll BOTH decide it will happen, not just you or just me or anyone else! Tarnish my image indeed! If someone wants to levy that kind of accusation, let's see if they have the guts to do it to my face!"
Yes, Kaya was a passionate person Nokosi: anyone daring to tell her what she could and could not do were in for a nasty surprise.
But she wasn't mad, and felt less so when Ellistree started to sing. If anything, that made her more docile, rocking her body back and forth on the older woman and Nokosi, her hand finding his and smiling.
no subject
She was always fond of the strong, dominant, take no shit from anyone types. Cause frankly, she was the same!
She didn't break her song of course, she was enjoying it too much and she figured they'd talk it out amongst themselves.
no subject
"At least in our home. And we had friends who enjoyed coming over if just for the comfort they felt in the place. It was wonderful and this is very reminiscent of my times over there. It's... it's... I don't know what to compare it to... but it set my heart at ease and fills it with joy!"
Her voice, though as timid and shy as ever, was rather excited and cheerful when she spoke. If the bright smile on her face wasn't a a clear enough sign, the life that came to her bright, teal eyes was a given of how happy she was at the moment.
no subject
"That is one of the reasons why I like you so much. Don't be silly, though; things like that still matter." He turned to look at her, amusement obvious on his face. "Or are you saying that you do not care what it is I do to you in public as long as it is our own business?"
Choose your answer wisely, Kaya. We're talking about a man who has no qualms having a conversation with near-strangers in the nude.
no subject
Billy was so happy to hear that tone of voice from Ronnae. It was too rare to see her so completely happy, and he was immensely grateful to Elli for making it happen. This was just about perfect.
"Can you see how absolutely endearing you are, Ronnie?" Billy asked lightly, leaning over to give her a little kiss on the cheek. Just teasing for now, light in front of the others. "I'd love to take a picture right now."
It was just a shame that they didn't have a camera.
no subject
And she gave him a wink before turning to Nokosi.
Kaya wasn't quite sure what she thought of him laughing, but it wasn't mean, so she at least relaxed a little there. At his question though, she had an answer prepared.
"Why should it matter? What I do with the person I care about is my business! I've spent more than enough time pining over the wrong person, and then having barely any time with the one I did care about. You think I'm going to mess this up because some people I might not even know that well think its inappropriate? They're probably just jealous I found the perfect man, and they didn't! But to answer your question: I care what happens in public, but how we feel about each other need only concern two people: you and I!"
Toward Ronnae, she just gave the girl a warm smile. "I love seeing you like that, Ronnae. Your happiness is pretty infectious."
no subject
But still, it wasn't her usual timidness where she seemed uncomfortable at times. She was still smiling even if her face was noticeably warm!
"T-thanks... I r-really am happy. This is really nice, I d-don't know what else to say."
no subject
He stretched once, then opened his eyes, gaze focused on the leaves of the tree that towered above them. "And to be fair, I never said you would change your opinion on anything," even though he wasn't sure whether he should take that 'perfect man' bit sarcastically or not. "The comment was originally about other people and how they view you; our personal feelings would remain unchanged regardless of what they thought but that is besides the point."
"But what it sounds like you are trying to tell me," he started, crossing one leg over the other and bobbed it to the slow, steady song Ellistree continued singing. "Is that 'I should not trouble myself with such an insignificant thing like your image'." He didn't think it was an unimportant thing to her, but in her context it was presented as such.
"Well, pardon my concern, then."
Welcome Ronnae, Billy and Ellistree to one of their many discussions about nothing of any consequence.
Take a seat and enjoy the show!no subject
She meant it, every word, about him being a perfect though: she had never met a man quite like him, and considered herself lucky: she though he understood that."If the only thing people can view of us is your age in comparison to me, they have no business speculating on anything. All it means is that they didn't bother to get to know the real you, the gentle, amazing you that I know."
Kaya laughed here though. "I don't mind your concern, but really Nokosi, let me worry about my image, ok? If you cared half as much about your own, people would get to know you a lot better and realize how amazing you are. The truth is, if we ever become that close to each other, my image should stay the same to the people that know me best."
no subject
One was being all cutesy and embarrassed, while the other was going back and forth in a rather adorable manner. It's definitely not the way she expected each other to be as far as their mates went, but she couldn't say that she was displeased with their choices.
It felt nice to have company as warm as this while out in nature. Specially when two of them were family and very dear to her. The others were beginning to quickly become ingrained in her memory and she could see how they had become important people in Ronnae and Nokosi's lives.
no subject
"I will not worry about it," he plainly said. "I thought it was something worth mentioning, though." It would be rude to just assume, but that's what he did best and he figured he might as well take that route from here on out.
Nokosi slid his legs down to the ground and folded his arms behind his head, taking a moment to wriggle his way into a more comfortable position. Once he'd attained it, his eyes fluttered shut once again, though he did make a displeased face before he began talking again, whether she could see it or not.
"Besides that, I think I am insulted that you say I am not concerned about my own image and because of that lack of care, I would be seen more favorably. I do keep such a thing in mind. I am very concerned that my image portrays exactly who I am. Me."
no subject
"It's a great sign that you both care so much that your relationship interferes with your lives as little as possible, but I think you're both fine. I haven't seen anyone worrying about either of you, and---honestly, I think we're just happy to see people on the ship who aren't miserable. It's too easy to slip into sorrow here."
no subject
"Oh Nokosi, I don't mean it that way! Look...awhile back, we had a fight with the Ohm, back when I was still training under the BG sisters. At one point in battle, I left the group to prevent a bunch of Ohm from attacking more people. One of the team members got hurt, and I was chastised by my teacher for leaving the group. Rather then defend my position though, I simply agreed with her, promising not to do it again."
She sighed. "It was one of the most cowardly things I've ever done, and no matter who thinks who was in the right, I should have stuck by my decision. Since then, I've tried to not let something like falling out of favor with other people be my crux. What I was trying to say I like about you is that you're YOU, and while your actions might sometimes annoy or bother others, you're always being true to yourself. It's why I think, as your girlfriend, I want to be that way too, and that means not being afraid about things like ages or appearances. I respected you long before I wanted to be your girlfriend."
She looked over at Billy and said thanks for that, Billy. I appreciate it.
no subject
She smiled warmly and hugged her group affectionately. "Though I'm happy to see you all care so much about one another. It certainly workds wonders to put most of my worries at ease. And if someone ever says anything to hurt any of you and I'm around? Rest assured they'll regret it." A devious grin spread on her lips. She was obviously teasing. Words were not something for her nature of revenge or action. She had always been a highly physical woman and would rather challenge someone for honor than spew petty words and long stringed arguments over silly disputes.
no subject
She laughed a little at her own thoughts, blushing a bit as she realized she had let her mind wander and smiled.
"It's true. We do care a whole lot about each other and we make sure we watch each other and make sure we're all happy and taken care of! It's great!"
no subject
Oh well. In situations like this it was better to simply be quiet for their sake instead of having them pandering to his (sometimes selfish) wants. Besides, he could always have a round of discussion with Ellistree when she came to visit Fontaine. Then Fontaine could participate, too. Ah, he had such good memories of times like those!
After an absurdly long moment of silence, Nokosi finally spoke up, though he went right back to minding his own business, after. "Of course we're both fine," he said matter-of-factly. That was something that wasn't ever in question in the first place.
no subject
"I'm glad to hear it," he said tentatively. That was the right thing to say, right? He hoped? Still looking puzzled, he pushed himself upward and idly played with a blade of grass. "I'd have to do something if you weren't."
What now? It was getting hot here. He had half a mind to ask Kaya to bend some water and splash it over all of their heads, actually...well, it would be amusing. The pranksters in the group were getting to him!
But he settled with wiggling his fingers and tickling the next person over instead. Close enough.
no subject
In fact, if anything Kaya just squeezed his hand and shared a smile with him, a sign that she had enjoyed this discussion as much as he had. Sure, it might have been a little daunting for their friends (mostly Billy) but it was nothing but a good day for her and her friends.
The tickling made her laugh though, and decided that naturally the next step was to tickle their guest.
