Family Reunion Tiem! [Open, during Visitation Day plot]

Ayeka was here. Even if it was for one day, Ayeka was here, alive. For Sasami, it made everything worthwhile. But, first things first - she had to introduce her to the people she called family. Aqua, Reimi, Hoshi, Philip, Negi, all of them.

Leading Ayeka to one of their more familiar homes - the Masaki home - Sasami was quick to open up the door and call out.

"Aqua-neesan! Hoshi-neesan! Reimi-neesan! Negi-kun! Anyone still here! I want you to meet someone!" she called out. "Ayeka's here! My sister from home! She's okay!"

Now came the hard part - the waiting.

Ayeka held onto Sasami's hand. Such a strange place her sister was growing up. And...

... wait Negi-kun? Oh my... Sasami wasn't always that direct with boys... She wondered if he was special to her...

Negi was understandably a little disappointed he didn't get anyone, but he considered himself blessed at least to have seen his mom and Asuna was still with him.

When he peeked his head out of the door, he waved. The tall violet haired woman was lovely, and his sharp ears caught the statement.

"Your sister? That's great!"

Finally some happiness!

Negi! Perfect! Releasing her hold on Ayeka, she ran over and wrapped her arms around the young mage.

"Ayeka-neesan, this is Negi. He's... very special to me." Sasami said, smiling warmly.

"Very... special...?" Ayeka felt faint for a moment before righting herself.

"How do you do. I'm the first princess of Jurai, Ayeka Masaki Jurai. A pleasure to meet you, Negi-sama."

She bowed.

"A-ah nice to meet you too. Um... uh... Negi Springfield, Prince of Ostia and English Teacher. Nice to meet you." He bowed awkwardly, rubbing his head.

"Yes, Sasami is special to me. We've been together for half a year now, maybe more."

Sasami couldn't help but giggle at their reactions. Negi seemed nervous and Ayeka felt like she wanted to pass out. At least it was better than expected.

"Ayeka-neesan's only here for a day, but I wanted to make sure she met everyone I knew before she was put back." Sasami said.

"Sounds good. I'll go inside, get drinks ready and something to eat." He bowed to Ayeka. "Nice to meet you, Ayeka-neesan."

And he dashed in, his cheeks a brilliant red from being so awkward.

"He's very energetic. And a prince too. My my Sasami, you have chosen well." said Ayeka. "Is Ostia a kingdom I'm unfamiliar with?"

Sasami blushed at Ayeka's comments. "Th-thanks, Ayeka..." she stammered. Regaining her composition, she nodded. "It's from his world. Apparently, there's more than one Earth out there... though, I think it's something Washu-chan would understand more..."

"That I admit is out of my expertise too, but a prince is a prince." said Ayeka, squeezing Sasami's shoulder gently. "He'll grow up very handsome. I can see it in his looks."

"Foods on," said Negi, poking his head. "Brought out some juice and biscuits but I'll get more. I expect everyone to show up. I'll give Philip and Ren a call too."

"Oh, that's a good idea! Try to get as many as we can here...!" Sasami said at Negi's comment.

She couldn't help but look at Ayeka and smile proudly. It seemed that Ayeka approved of him...

"Yeah. I think today should be a good day at least," said Negi. "Come on in, the living room is all prepared!"

Aqua had the same idea, taking Terra to meet the rest of the family too. When she heard Sasami's excited news, she smiled.

"Looks like I wasn't the only one."

"I'll bet," remarked Terra, following behind. "I'm surprised this place looks so nice though. I guess this is where a lot of people live."

He waved at Ayeka and Sasami. "Hi."

"Aqua-neesan!" Sasami called out, noticing her older 'sister'. She ran up to her, giving her a hug as she turned back to Ayeka. "Ayeka, this is Aqua and, uh..."

She blinked at Terra.

"...who are you?"

"I'm sorry," Aqua said. "I'm Aqua--your sister and I've gotten very close during our time here. And this is Terra, one of my best friends from home. He woke up today too."

"Pleasure to meet you," said Terra, nodding and smiling at Ayeka and Sasami. "So you're her little sister. I can see why Aqua took a shine to you. You're like a little mini-Aqua when she was a kid."

"It's very nice to meet you, Aqua, Terra. And thank you for looking after my sister while I was asleep," said Ayeka, smiling and bowing politely at the pair. "I guess she has amassed quite the surrogate family while we all sleep down there?"

"Ah-ha... y-yeah... yeah, I did." Sasami said, blushing. "A lot of my family were people who showed up and didn't have anyone with them. I pretty much opened up our home to a lot of people..."

"And we're making sure she doesn't overwork herself," Aqua pointed out.

"Sasami? Why are you overworking yourself?" inquired Ayeka sternly. "You know it's bad for your health!"

"I think it's probably the kid thing," admitted Terra. "Aqua's a master of overworking herself, even as kids!"

"Ah, er..."

Sasami looked around, trying to find some sort of distraction and failing, instead bowing her head, a bit guilty.

"I know, but there's so much going on. I want to be stronger so I can protect everyone here. Especially since those aliens who saved us sealed away Tsunami's power."

"Terra!" Aqua whispered, blushing. She'd forgotten how quickly he could outright embarrass her.

"We're always making sure she still takes time to be a kid," she insisted to Ayeka.
