Rest For The Weary? [Open]

Following the battle on Lirath, it seemed that six people had disappeared and was missing through a lot of the stuff afterwards, such as Superman's funeral. Over the rooftops of the City, a portal opened up and spat out six people as if it wanted to be a practical joker.

In quick succession, some of those six sprang into action so that they didn't end up going splat on the floor. Young mages Vivio Takamachi and Sakura Kinomoto used their flying spells to stop their fall, Sonic the Hedgehog gathered the still bruised and battered body of Sasami Masaki Jurai and used some of the rooftops to bounce to the bottom. Finally, the elder Spider-Man used a number of web lines to catch himself and the other with him, the long missing Lowe Guele.

"Sheesh, can't even catch a break without being slung into some other mess!" Sonic griped, setting Sasami to her feet.

"Sounds like you guys had a real blast." Lowe said as Spidey sat him down.

"It's... a long story." Vivio said, returning to her child form.

"Right now... I think a bit of rest'll do us good." Sasami said.

"I'm glad to hear that, but sure! I wouldn't mind that at all...!" It would give her time to relax a bit.

"Great! C'mon." Taking her hand she lead her to the store and opened it up. "You can take your shoes off too and put your feet up on the couch. I'll go get the cookies."

"Okay....!" Removing her shoes, Vivio hopped up on the couch and started to relax. Between the fight and having to run mazes, it felt amazing to just relax.

Bringing out the cookies and a glass of milk, she grinned. "Got the jug from the mess. It's holding up well with a little magic cooling."

There was a growl from Vivio's stomach as she saw the food and drink. "Oooh, those look good!" She barely held herself back from reaching out and grabbing the food already.

"Don't hesitate! Dig in," laughed Rein, grabbing the food and taking a bite.

"Okay!" With that, Vivio did what she was told, digging into the cookies.

Giggling, Rein poured a glass for her too. "Eat! I haven't had anyone eating my cooking in a while now."

"Really? You should have said something, Rein-chan!" Vivio said, swallowing her share of food.

"Well it wasn't like I could chase down people with leftovers but yeah," admitted Rein. "Glad you like em though."

With a brief giggle, Vivio moved to take the younger Reinforce in another hug. She was glad to have a few friends around, no matter the situation.

Hugging her back, she grinned at Vivio. "Glad you came by. It's been so quiet lately."

"Oh, Rein-chan..." Vivio uttered, feeling bad for the Device. "If you want to, I can stay longer so it'll be less lonely."

"Please? It would be nice to be with someone for a while," admitted Rein.

"Okay." Vivio said, nodding. "If you want, you can stay with Einhart-chan and I as long as you want."

"Really? That'd be great, like a sleepover! I'll let Signum and Big Sis know." giggled Rein.

"Alright, then!" Vivio said, nodding. "Though, Rein-chan, if you ever feel that way, you know you can always come and see me...!"
