A mighty fine shindig [Closed to Delta Team]
Of all the places on Stacey that Mal could think of holding a team meeting, there were actually very few he felt comfortable doing it at. He'd gotten the list a few days before and had been mulling it over every since trying to decide how to go about doing this. A team wasn't the same as his actual crew, but in a strange way it was. These were people he was going to have to keep their well being in mind no matter what they were doing on the ship- having River and Kaylee both listed was a comfort all in its self.
Mal had considered a few places as soon as he had picked the sensorium as the meeting spot. The Southdown Docks were nice and had a few good bars even if it would be a high distraction for those of not their 'verse. Haven could also be good but, well, that wasn't going to happen because of Book. However when the Captain discovered the rather detailed showing of Serenity that Kaylee had programed, the former Browncoat knew instantly where it was going to be held at.
So he set about sending out the waves to those on his team with detailed maps of how to navigate from the cargo bay to the kitchen/living room/family room on the ship along with a time for them all to be there. He'd wait, of course, and explore his ship. Sit in the pilots seat, play with Wash's dinosaurs that River had insisted on keeping out, and remember.

River took her time. But eventually she made her way to the bridge and the familiar form of her Captain. "Ni hao, Captain," she greeted cheerfully.

As he entered Serenity's dining area he saw two people he met already. One was River and the other was that Mal person he met on that war zone in the Sensoriums. He didn't realise that Mal was his team leader 'til he saw him standing there. He nodded to both River and Mal and took his seat.

Looking toward River the usually stoic man let a warmer smile slip across his face. "Nĭ hăo, mèimei. You find Kaylee yet?"

Ronon is the only one out of the group he recognizes right away, "Hey, Ronon." His attention then turned to Mal, "You're Captain Mal Reynolds, right? Uh... I'm not sure we met before this but I'm--I'm Daniel Jackson," He extended a hand as he moved to sit down.
He then noticed River, "Um... Hi, there."

"Dr Jackson," replies Ronon with a nod and a hint of a smile. This was interesting. Ronon always wondered what the archaeologist was like on a mission. The man's had 8 years of experience, he should be able to shoot better than McKay.

"She's elusive. Probably found Stacy's heart and decided to clear the plaque." That, of course, was her bizarre and slightly creepifying way of saying that Kaylee couldn't stop being a mechanic on any ship she was flying on, even if it was a really weird ship. When Daniel comes in, River greets him too.
"Hello," she says simply, with a smile. She's happy to be back on Serenity, even if it's just an illusion.

He was running late since he was busy actually working--with no Leela to distract him--in the Special Weapons Division on constructing a means to preserve and store the slop in the mess hall so that it could be stockpiled in case of an emergency. It was a project that the grumpy bastard that lived down in the Vatican (Sawyer) had asked Cale to undertake and, after finding out why the guy wanted it, he had agreed.
But when he finally strolled into the living area of Serenity, Cale moved over to one of the empty chairs and threw himself into it, tossing his feet up onto the table.
"Ok, I'm here. Let's get this over with so I can get back to work?" Cale said rather nonchalantly.

Still, this was a Team Meeting, it said so right there on the screen. After weeks rolling around the squishy hallways with nothing to do except talk to Harvey, he was actually going to get to make a contribution. And, goddamn, that felt good.
Duty trumps mental trauma. Huh, who knew?
Balling up his instinctive dislike of the situation as tight as he could, John strolled onto the ship, whistling 'The Star Spangled Banner' as he navigated the hallways, pausing every so often to examine the layout. Eventually he reached the living area and stood in the doorway, surveying the rest of the team, his fingers drumming on the grip of his pulse pistol.
"Dibs on not being the guy in the red shirt," he said, heading over to drop into the seat next to the one guy he recognised. "Hey, Dex."

He lifted his head up when Cale sat down, "Back to work? On what? If--If you don't mind me asking?"
Daniel then stared when another person arrived, "Cam?" Daniel had missed the little altercation between John and Cam at the meet. Though this guy's demeanor is a little... different.

"Yeah, me John." He eyeballed Dex. "Maybe I oughta get a name tag or something."
