How long had it been since Negi could truly cut loose? It had been quite a long time and Chamo and Barry were looking out for one another.

Stepping into the sensoriums, Negi looked over at the recreation of the Gravekeeper's Palace floating overhead. He could remember most of it, from regaining his memories of the attack that ruined the magical world and earth in a simultaneous blow, but stepping forward was Fate, the pale haired boy giving him a silent look.

The pair stared at each other for a long moment, and then seconds later, exploded into energy. Fists crashed against each others cheeks in a cross-counter as they skidded backwards.

"Come, Negi. Show me your plan." intoned Fate.

Negi grinned as his form changed, invoking his most powerful ability. His hair fanned out and became a long pink swathe of hair as his body glowed in a brilliant pink light as he shot forward, Fate coming to meet him in a devastating blow. The sound of violence could DEFINITELY be heard from behind the door in the sensorium, as the pair rained blow after blow down in a dizzying volley.

Picking up the pace, he dodged the return strike, moving down and under as he used his smaller stature to strike to the middle, palm out.

Kaya figured he would dodge and use his size to his advantage: she couldn't blame him. Whats he could do, however, was roll with his punches. She blocked the punch and went for a kick with her knee, putting a little more force here.

There was a moment of surprise as Negi reacted, leaping up and using Kaya's own kick as leverage so he could counter, driving a knee-strike upwards into her chest as he pushed off reversing his momentum. If anything it would throw him backwards for some room.

Kaya took the hit, grinning a little to herself, but not losing balance despite the cut lip. Rather, like Negi, it gave her a moment to go backwards. She flipped backward a moment, wiping the blood from her lip.

Then she was at Negi, much faster, and raining down a series of quick punches and kicks now.

Blocking rapidly, Negi grinned as he stepped it up, fighting back with his own punches, kicks and blocks. Time to show Oneesama what he knew! And there was a blip and Negi wasn't there anymore, having shundoed behind her, and aiming for a strike to her back.

Kaya now had a dance in her eyes as she mimicked Negi's blocking, but the shundo was definitely new to her. What wasn't, however, was detecting presence, especially behind her. She moved out of the way, but just barely.

How did he DO that?

Following through, Negi launched into the offensive, kicking and punching with strong measured strikes as he attempted to drive her down the ramp of the palace setting they were in. The shundo had definitely thrown her off.

Kaya had to recover quickly: Negi was already taking the offensive, something that while she had gotten much better with, was not her specialty. She was going to have to regroup the precious seconds she lost with his Shundo.

So she went with a move that Chase had taught her, coupled with her learning of redistributive force with Sheeana: he got in a few more defensive strikes, and ten Kaya reared back slightly and attacked with a forward strike to the head, applying force to his head while going for another closed palm strike to the throat, almost undetectable to the human eye.

Gwah! That took him off guard and he rolled with it, leaning backwards and found himself falling on his backside. Not good. He had to look cool for his Oneesama right? So hitting the ground, he pushed up and powered into a shundo, zipping upwards into the air so that he could come diving out of the sky in a textbook V3 hanten kick.

Oh, it was a little horrible, seeing Negi hurt, but she also knew that eh would recover quickly, and she was right. A moment later, he was gone, already charging down on her with another kick. She gritted her teeth and charged upward with a dropkick of her own, levied at his chest.

Negi grinned as they clashed, and he flipped backwards only to reappear down below, launching himself upwards in a kick to try and get Kaya before she landed of course.

He was doing that again! Well, Kaya had been taught to anticipate such things, even when she couldn't do it herself. She shielded herself with her forearms, taking the hit but grabbing his legs and lobbing her own kick here.

Struck, Negi grinned at her as he pulled away. "Really good," he remarked.

Kaya landed on her feet, jarred, certainly scratched up, but grinning. "You two. Looks like I have a lot to learn from you, Negi."

"Yeah. I noticed you were using chi naturally, so I could probably teach you that movement ability I learned," remarked Negi. "The shundo."

"Well, it did take a long time." And a lot of yelling at her from Sokka for not sticking to her waterbending, but now she was sure Sokka was over it. He DID have his sister back. "And I;d love to know now to do that!"

That reminded her! "Thanks, for being nice to Katara."

"Not a problem. It's silly feeling wrong about it, isn't it?" remarked Negi.

Kaya laughed, shaking her head. "Yes, but only a little. I wasn't sure how I'd react when I saw her honestly. All that time being her, and then finding out she was my trainer and I'd been just acting as her...it was rough to face her, at first. But when I did it wound up feeling a lot better. She's exactly what this ship needs, and the GAang too."

"Yeah. But you're what a lot of others need," remarked Negi honestly.

She flushed. "Thanks. She actually was as sweet and caring as I remember too: I'm really glad we're both on the ship. Rest assured, I will do whatever I can to make sure I help on the ship. And you...well, if I know you, you'll be doing the same."

"Thanks Oneesama," said Negi, smiling broadly. "Want to get a snack now? We've been working out for now."

She grinned, ruffling Negi's hair. It was the funniest thing really: one moment they were battling each other, the next sister and brother all over again, ready to go get something to eat. She playfully bopped him on the head.

"You hit pretty hard, Negi-kun!"

"Heh you do too actually," replied Negi, creating a table and some food. "I'm tired to be honest."

"Me too, that was pretty intense." She sat herself down, looking at the food. "Thank you for the food, Negi. What is it?"

"I was thinking cookies and milk," replied Negi. "I haven't had anything special lately."
