A home fit for an overlord?
Walking into the Sensorium's today, or at least this one in particular would place you on the Island of Birk, often described as "Sturdy"

And on one side of Berk's village sat a humble but recently built house at the edge of a field. Not much of Berk was flat so this area in particular belonged to one of the most passive aggressive creatures in all of the Hairy Hooligans tribe.
Sheep.
Yes the Sheep of Berk were particularly dumb as far as sheep went. So much so that back in the days of Dragon raids one could get snatched up from an entire flock, and the others would barely move away to protect themselves.
So it was up to the brave and fearless shepherds of the Viking village to vigilantly protect these pathetic puffy pasty faced patsy's of the livestock world.
That...was not a job for Ruffnut and her twin brother. No that was a job for the adults. They had always been stuck on fire patrol.
But tending to the sheep in times of peace? That was a duty fit for the twins according to their elders.
Frankly Ruffnut hated it. Sheep were about the stupidest creatures she had ever known.
And yet since being on Stacy she kind of missed the dimwitted puffballs.
So she sat ontop of one cross legged while it grazed and stared intently at her families home. Before Hiccup had made peace between the Dragons and the Vikings the house had stood strong for a whole two months! Luck really, nothing more then that.
And after so many re-buildings the tribe knew how to slap buildings together. Even Ruffnut knew some basics about building a home just from helping.
And that was precisely why she was here today. To ponder the construction of a home.
Not just any home though, a lair, a den, a nest, a base, a castle worthy of the eventual overlord she would become. It couldn't be too big to start. She was only one warrior after all and even if she asked the people she trusted to help her protect it if enough people rallied together they would lose.
So for now a small home, but it would have to make up for what it lacked in size by being perfect for her. Where to start?

Someone had told her those exact words just a year ago.

"You really do sound like Alena." Many would have seen it strange to make the comparison, especially if her friend was in the pods but it was inevitable. Alena would have certainly taken it as a compliment, not an insult.
"Do you know of other types of magic?"

And without much bidding Ruff produced a dragon for her to fight he looked...
...kinda goofy.
I hope this is okay 8Ub
Silently, she moved the fingers on her left hand holding the shield and single small bolt of lighting came from the sky, striking in the center creature. As it stood there reeling from the attack, she jumped into the air, posed with her sword, before slicing.
As she landed, nothing seemed to have happened at first, then the creature fell neatly on two sides, cut precisely in the middle. There wasn't even blood on her blade.
Awesome~
"THAT WAS AWESOME!!!" She ran up to inspect the creature. Because this was the Sensoriums the Gronkle wasn't exactly lifelike on the inside because Ruff had never seen one from that perspective. But she spun about with that twisted smile. "So cool! See? This is why we're gonna beat the Ohm!"

"Are dragons native to your world?" It would make sense since she had brought it up for the simulation, but perhaps it could have been through the Overlord's training.

Ruff focused for a moment and the world faded again replaced by Berk, but this time Berk was burning.
Dragons swarmed the skies and the streets, snatching up livestock and fighting powerful burly viking warriors tooth and claw.
"This was what it was like most nights. See I'd be right there."
And where she pointed a group of teenage Vikings were carrying buckets of water and struggling to put out the fires that ravaged their homes and surrounding area.

"They stole your livestock?"

A scrawny little viking was stumbling about in the smoke lost and confused. Ruff tripped over him and immediately began smacking him with her bucket.
"That guy there. Hiccup. He actually trained a dragon! Figured out how to ride them and found out why the Dragons were stealing our food."
The village faded and a massive dragon burst from the side of a mountain. This beast was large enough to be a mountain itself, multiple eyes and a massive gaping maw.
"This thing here was eating the dragons if they didn't bring it food. Our food." Despite the heavy topic Ruff was smiling. She was so proud of her people. There they were now on the shore gearing up to fight the monster they had no hope of winning against.
Oh derp no wonder I wasn't getting a notif I was using the other account.
"That is good, then. Your village must have been relieved once this problem was over." She looked at Ruffnut. "What about you? What is your relationship with dragons?"
X3
A squad of dragons, four in number came swooping in on the massive dragon. On the heads of a two headed dragon rode Ruffnut and her twin brother Tuffnut.
"Hiccup taught us how to ride the dragons, and we helped to defeat the big one."
Then the scene faded to the town living in harmony with the dragons. The twins even used their two headed dragon to help keep tabs on the sheep they were responsible for. the headed that favored Ruff stole some food off her plate in this scene. Ruff didn't realize it was the dragon though and punched her brother, which distracted him long enough that the other head snatched food off his plate.

"Zenithia is ruled by the Zenith Dragon," she explained, as the scene faded away and they found themselves in a gigantic throne room where winged soldiers stood proudly around a large celestial dragon (http://dragon-quest.org/images/4/4e/Master_dragon.png). He appeared to be talking (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fELTtTf2am0&t=8m42s) to the people assembled, Sofia and her entire party before putting his claw over the woman, infusing her sword and her with his own power. "He aided me in my quest to fight Psaro."

"But you're a twin." The simulation of her brother reminded her from somewhere nearby, oh there he was. By that tree.
Ruff's eyes flickered white for a moment and a bolt of lightning struck the tree bringing it crashing down on him.
"Like I said, one of a kind."
no subject
"Do you really hate him that much?"
no subject
A hand waved out from under the branch.
"He's not real, my real idiot brother is in the pods probably...or blown up with Berk or something."

She was bad at conversation.
