Melting Clock: Quarantine

After Sam Henderson's announcement, the Contagion Containment and Treatment lab was going to get busy. Anyone suspected of being affected by the mysterious affliction would be brought here, and put into one of the large bubbles that would keep any potential contagious diseases in - and the patients themselves. Once in inside, they wouldn't be able to get out again until the Medical staff had cleared them.

And before they could do that, they needed to find out what was causing this - and why.

They had a lot of hard work ahead of them.

"Um, yeah, I guess kind of like that," Rachel said, after a moment, frowning still. "It was, like, kind of ugly looking, you know? It'd freak me out to have."

"Glad you didn't win it as a take-home prize, huh?" Sakura smiled, making note of something on her data pad. "Anything else that sticks out in your mind, thinking back to then?"

"Um, yeah, definitely," she said, pouting a bit at Sakura, despite her smile. "It'd, like, look way too weird in my room." Not that her room was currently decorated to her taste anyway. She totally should have picked up some cute posters on the planet, when she'd had the chance! "Um, I guess. Some things that smelt weird, and stuff like that. Not much, anyway."

Another nod, as Sakura noted that as well. "Thank you for working with us, Rachel," she said, sounding sincere enough. "We'll get down to the root of the problem before long, and get you out of there. Sound good to you?"

Rachel nodded quietly, and managed a little smile. Sakura was such a nice person! "Um, okay! Thank you, I hope that I, you know, helped a little."

"You did." She bowed, a shallow movement, still smiling. "Let us know if there's anything we can get for you in the meantime."

"Thanks," Rachel said, smiling a little bit more, with a nod and a small wave. "And yeah, I will."
