trans_9 | Time to Relax, or otherwise [Open Bathhouse post, all welcome!]

With the great help she had received from a good deal of interested crew members, the construction and upgrade to the bathhouse had proceeded rapidly and smoothly. The second more open floor looked as much a part of the bathhouse as any other, with enough room and supports to easily allow crew members as large if not larger than herself to access and utilize the second floor just as easily as any other. The second floor itself could be accessed from both within the bathhouse itself or from a set of stairs along the side of the building, a path now leading easily around from the front to show the way to this side entrance.

With the announcment of the completion and reopening of the Bathhouse sent around the comms. Celena padded through the hallways, touring all of the various baths, private, segregated or otherwise to ensure that all were in top working order for any who may wish to use them. Once she was sure that everything was in top condition and the water flowing properly in all cases she set out the open sign.

((ooc: Feel free to mingle around, relax, and have a party if your so inclined. Just start a subthread with your character's location and have fun. For reference there are individual showers in front, followed by hot tubs centrally located, saunas further back, and private baths along the side. The showers, tubs, and saunas have smaller sex-segregated units along with a central group unit that's larger. The second level spans the majority of the bathhouse with both individual rooms and areas with the heating pads as well as open areas one can relax and look out over the surrounds))

The sloshing of water and the padding of feet on tile alerted Shiori and she cracked a eye open. Immediately her cheeks went several shades of red as she squeaked. "H-hime-sama! I um... what a surprise... to... see you here... of all places...!"

"...First of all, it's Asuna, and second even I need a little downtime!" Asuna's eyes had widened in surprise upon seeing the other girl near her, her own cheeks flushed crimson.

Twiddling her fingers a little, Shiori stammered out, "Forgive me Hime-sama, er... Asuna-san. I just... sorry."

Feeling a little nervous for obvious reasons, the young girl sunk into the water and made a few bubbles before darting a look over at Asuna. So healthy and vibrant, it was a little bit of a shame she was her target back in the other world.

Thinking of Asuna however brought thoughts of Negi, and Fate and his plan. And the trust Shiori put into Negi's plan to save the world.

Looking over, Shiori emerged from the water a little, and asked, "Hime-sama? Can I ask you a question?"

While doing her best to relax in the water, Asuna glanced over at Shiori and bit back a sigh of irritation. "Hime-sama again...?"

"Asuna, and go ahead." Being reminded of Shiori brought back thoughts of their kiss, which brought about thoughts of Fate trying to, for all intents and purposes, mind-rape her.

"... Asuna." said Shiori, swallowing her nervousness.

"If... Fate-sama, woke up. Would you hate him for trying to save the people of the magic world through your own power? Even if... from the outside, it looks like a terrible plan?"

"And... do you think, if Negi-kun knew I was here... would he hate me?"

"...I would hate him for trying to destroy everything and everyone I cared about, by using me as nothing but a tool for his own ends!" Asuna's answer was immediate, and to the point. Plus, aside from the earlier aforementioned meeting, the only other time she'd run into Fate was when he'd impaled Negi prior to their separation in the Magical World.

Though, hearing Shiori's other plan quickly calmed Asuna down.

"You've been imitating me for so long now, you really should know the answer to that! He doesn't have it in him to blatantly hate someone. Dislike, maybe. But not hate.

"That's where we're different, even though we're partners..."

Asuna's words stung a little, and she realized belatedly that this was probably an Asuna from before Fate explained his entire plan to her like he had planned on doing.

And yet, she bit her lip a little. "I see... I just had to ask Hi, er, Asuna-sama."

Shiori felt like dirt, but she exhaled a little. To have had such rough encounters with the other woman felt hard to deal with, but she was going to work through it, one step at a time. "Asuna-sama... do you hate me? Even knowing I went along with Fate-sama's ideals for so long, because I believe the world needs to be saved?"

"It's not your fault so don't beat yourself up over it." Asuna stood up a bit in the bath, arms wrapped around her waist while eyeing the other girl carefully.

"...Your intentions are good, but you went about it the wrong way. You follow with Fate's plan and everyone would've suffered. The world does need to be saved, but not with however he had it planned out! If there were more people around like Negi, things might be better than they are now."

Or were, considering the whole reason they were both here to begin with.

"To answer your question...no. I don't hate you."

Relieved, Shiori nodded. Being told she wasn't hated was like a breath of fresh air, and she blushed at Asuna's admission. "Thank you, Asuna-sama. That means a lot to me."

At the other part, she cleared her throat. "Actually Negi-kun has come up with a plan to save the world. But I suppose for now that is on hold."

"See? You really should've met Negi first, but I guess when you actually met him was okay too." Asuna fully stood up at that moment, moving over to sit down next to the other girl in the bath.

"For now, yeah - it's on hold, but Negi's still the same as ever. Being on Stacy hasn't stopped him one bit."

"I will, um, talk to Negi-kun later on I guess." said Shiori, completely uncertain of the idea. "At least Haruna-san doesn't seem too put out by my appearance here as well."

"Is... he all right? You said he was in the hospital last I checked."

"...That's Haruna for you; never really does question much of anything." A part of Asuna wondered what she would think of a Chupa T-shirt, then dismissed the thought within seconds.

"He's doing much better now; they let him go not too long ago, and if he's smart he's doing kid stuff while staying out of trouble."

"She is the most exuberant person I have met," admitted Shiori with a nod.

"He... actually does normal child things? I didn't think Negi-kun did that. He's so serious all the time."

"Not really; I gotta force him to do kid stuff sometimes, but you put him together with Devlin and they get into all KINDS of trouble!" Asuna grumbled, wondering how much of Devlin should she mention to Shiori.

Well that was a interesting name for a child, even a young boy for that matter. "I hadn't thought Negi-kun would be capable of doing that to be honest," giggled Shiori.
