It seemed like it was another lazy, somewhat-boring day. It was still worrisome: was things alright? Were they still needed? Going for so long without anything happening was making her feel at edge - something Sasami shouldn't be doing as she's a kid.

In response, she opted to head for the Sensoriums to relieve some of the boredom. In rapid succession, she opted to play through different scenarios - a cooking contest, a somewhat-familiar magical girl adventure or two and a few where she was the hero and saved everyone. It was fun and all, but the fact that a lot of those adventures were dragging images of her old friends and family had started to upset her. At this point, it seemed that she was never going to be reunited with any of them...

...shaking her head, she shoved those thoughts out. She couldn't be thinking about that, not now. There was still the possibility that they were in there. Right now, she needed something to get her mind off of that. The room growing blank, she felt the gravity be shut off and letting her float in the air. The various events she had been in had worked her hairbands loose enough that, when she started floating, they came undone and let her hair hang loose... and frankly, she enjoyed it. Though, it was lonely in here...

Hikari's eyes widened as she realize just... how out of practice Sasami really was.

Right after she fired the blast at the younger girl point blank.

Sasami could only let out a yelp as the blast struck, sending her into a wall. She was pretty lucky that her transformed state was armored to take the blow - even if it now had detached and floated helplessly.

"Ow... I-I'm okay..." Sasami uttered, a bit in pain.

Hikari sighed in relief. "That's good. How much does it hurt?"

"It stings, but I can shake it off..." Sasami said. "Sorry, I guess between everything, I fell out of practice..." She looked a bit embarrassed by it all.

Hikari shook her head. "It's alright," she said, moving to pull the other girl into a hug. "We can stop if you want."

Sasami eagerly accepted the hug, nodding in agreement. "Okay. I do need to get back into training, though..."

She let herself return to her normal self, her long loose hair covering them.

"Did you want to do something else? We've haven't had a chance to really do much together..."

Hikari smiled as she canceled her transformation as well. "I'm.. not too sure, actually. What do you want to do?"

"Me?" Sasami echoed, eyes blinking. Admittedly, despite the urge to do whatever she wanted, she tended to let her friends do what they willed. "You... wanna watch something random? I still have food left over at my home. Make some snacks and everything..."

She couldn't help but blush. It seemed so awkward to ask that.

Hikari smiled. "Yeah, that sounds great, actually!"

A smile crossed Sasami's face as Hikari agreed. Nodding, she gave the other girl a hug before parting. "C'mon... oh!" She turned back and noticed her hair bands. Running back, she gathered them in her hands before putting them inside a spot in her kimono. She could go with her hair down right now. Turning back to join Hikari, she lead the way out of the Sensoriums and back down to the City.

Hikari nodded, walking back towards the city with Sasami. Thankfully, watching something probably wouldn't be as problematic as the training almost ended up being.

Upon reaching the City, Sasami started making her way back towards her home, the massive tree extending over a good bit of the City.

"Y'know, I've never realized just how big it is until I started inviting others here." she said.

Hikari nodded. "Well, you lived here all your life, right? Of course you wouldn't think it was really big."

"That's true." Sasami admitted. "I guess after awhile, you wouldn't think of it like that."

After a bit, she started thinking. "I'm sure there are a few buildings we could all move into later on. I'll have to talk to the others..." She stopped and grinned sheepishly "I-I mean, me and those staying there... not... y'know..."

Hikari couldn't help but laugh at that, moving over to hug Sasami again. "It's alright Sasami-chan. I understand."

Sasami chuckled as she returned the hug. "Alright, then... have you been doing okay, though? We really don't get the chance to see each other..."

"I've been doing pretty good," Hikari said. "But yeah, we really should fix that."

It'd be nice to spend more time with Sasami. The other girl was right, they haven't really done that much stuff together lately.

"Yes, we should... What was it... 'all work, no play'?" she said, chuckling. "We can start now, matter of fact...!" Turning, she started to run towards her massive tree palace, hoping Hikari would chase after.

Hikari giggled, running after Sasami. Well, that was good, that both of them could still be so energetic about things. Now... how quickly was Hikari going to be able to catch Sasami, or was she even going to be able to at all.

Sasami looked back a bit to see Hikari chasing after her. It brought a smile to her face to see the two of them having a bit of fun, though despite her own burst of energy, Hikari was easily catching up.

Hikari kept running after Sasami... before pouncing at the other girl, intending to tackle her to the ground.

"EEP!" Sasami yelped as Hikari tackled her, the two tumbling to the ground. As she came to a stop, she couldn't help but laugh at it all. "Aww, you got me!"

Hikari giggled, moving to ruffle the younger girl's hair. "If you didn't want me to catch you, you should've tried running harder then."

Sasami giggled as her hair was ruffled before her arms wrapped around the older girl in a hug. "There's always next time, though...!"

Hikari smiled as she hugged the other girl back. "You're right, there definitely is."

She pulled back after a few moments though and stood up. It would probably be a good idea for them to go inside now, wasn't it. "So, what were you thinking of watching?"
