Now Duo wasn't one to call himself an expert on the subject, but he knew it was one of those things he knew he just had to get involved with when he saw it. Just like that guy and the princess.... Duo shook his head as he slid down Deathscythe's wrench to the hangar floor, determined in his intent.

He was gonna make sure that Setsuna and Feldt didn't screw it up.

Strolling across the Hangar floor, he moseyed himself along towards Celestial Being's machines- specifically, towards the Gundam Dynames, trying as best he could to be unseen or at least innocuous looking to Setsuna and Feldt as he did so.

After that, if he could convince Lockon, it was just a matter of the Team of Two breaking the will of Captain and Lady Lineface.

She was sitting in his seat. Something which, a little oddly, didn't bother him much. He was standing next to her, quietly peering over her shoulder as she worked.

"Everything seemed to be in working order." At least it was during his last check of the suit. "Though I haven't reinstalled its GN Drive and field tested it yet." He was going to do that the day he and Lockon had tested Dynames, but Lockon thought it was better not to after the uproar they caused. Still, the amount of power they were able to get by siphoning off GN particles from the 00 was more than enough to run system tests.

"If Exia's GN Drive was reinstalled then everything should work just fine, if these tests are correct. I'm not sure if we'd be able to do the transfer here, unless we used Dynames or Virtue to help," She said, looking up at him.

If he wanted go to back to using Exia, she wouldn't mind. Exia may not be as powerful as the 00 Raiser, but she knew that he was fond of the older suit. She couldn't blame him, it was what he first piloted.

You never forget your first. Exia had been designed to move like him, fight like him. It was very much an extension of himself. Not to mention that everything from the seat height to the menu layout on the consoles had been meticulously customized by him.

And as it was now, everything was exactly as it should be. Which, in and of itself, bothered him a little.

"I wonder why they decided to rebuild it..." he thought out loud. Rebuilding the 00 after the final battle at L2, he could understand. But even Celestial Being decided to scrap Exia in favor of a new unit (something he disagreed with, because Exia deserved better, but he could understand the reasons behind that). So why did their keepers go through such great lengths to repair it?

Never forget indeed. Duo milled around the foot of Exia for a few moments after he had finished at Dynames, pretending not to so obviously listen in on the two occupants of the Gundam as they completed their "diagnostics".

After rolling his eyes oh-so-subtly at their expected work talk, he knocked on Exia's leg, calling up to them.

"Hey, I know you're running a secret society up here and all, but mind if I come up?"

She had been careful around the personalization of Exia. She didn't want to mess anything up. The last time she had really seen Exia, it was being taken apart to use in the 00 Riaser. She looked was going to say something else, but Duo decided to say something.

She blinked, her fingers pausing on the keyboard in front of her. She looked up at Setsuna, wondering what he would do.

Setsuna caught the look from Feldt, and took that as a cue to answer for them.

"We'll come down," was his response. Mobile suit cockpits weren't the most spacious of places, and Exia's was designed to hold only one person. Both him and Feldt made it a little cramped all ready, adding a third person would've been a tight squeeze.

Duo frowned. Well, that wasn't part of the plan, but... maybe this way, the two of them could take the couple on one-on-one?

Grinning to himself as he thought up this scheme, he glanced around the corner towards Dynames, waiting for the other two to come down and catching Setsuna by the shoulder when they did.

"Yo, Setsuna~ Be a pal, huh? I need some help making adjustments to my buster shield, and Lockon's takin' Feldt to help with his repairs, so... Well, it's up to you!"

Which was bullshit, naturally. But hopefully, Lockon would take the hint and head off Feldt.

Setsuna didn't bother to give any thought to Lockon needing Feldt's help. It was a perfectly normal thing.

But, Duo, why are you touching Setsuna?

The hand was chopped off shrugged off this time as Setsuna looked back towards Feldt. "Will you need more time with Exia?"

Lockon was torn between actually helping Duo with his idiotic plan and giving Setsuna and Feldt a break. Both were the responsibility of the oldest Meister, but one was going to be significantly more interesting.

"She can work on Exia later, right?"

"Exia will be fine," she said, looking from Setsuna to Duo and finally to Lockon. "What did you need help with on Dynames?"

She would be there to work on all of the suits for a while. Unless something happened to her, but for now, things would be fine.

"Great! So, c'mon, Setsuna!" Duo grinned- just a little too widely- towards Lockon and proceeded to attempt to drag Setsuna away by the arm towards Deathscythe.

This was probably a poor decision.

Again with the touching, Duo...

Though all Setsuna did was yank his arm away forcefully, but otherwise didn't attempt to hurt Duo and made his way towards the Deathscythe regardless. Still, the point should have been made clear, hands off.

Lockon tried to not roll his eyes as he sauntered off towards Dynames, knowing Feldt would follow. He raised his hand briefly in a parting gesture.

"I was hoping to make some changes to the communication systems," he replied vaguely.

And follow she did. She didn't know exactly how he wanted to change the communication systems, but she'd be able to do it.

"Just what did you want to do?"

"Make things easier. I expect I'll be talking to a lot of people when I'm in Dynames eventually."

She nodded. "I'll see what I can do."

Once they got to Dynames, she called out to Haro.

"Haro!"

"You, Setsuna, Tieria, these other Meisters..." Lockon continued blithely.

"Feldt! Feldt!" Haro bounced happily towards her, flapping his ears.

She caught the Haro and smiled at it. She was glad to see the Haro, since it was something she was close to. She nodded to Lockon.

"I'll do the best that I can, I may not have the parts to help make communications easier."

"That's all right. If you could just take a look at it, that would be enough."

She nodded once more and started to climb up to the cockpit of Dynames.

"How have you been, Feldt?" he asked gently as he followed her.

"I've been well," she said as she sat down in the cockpit of Dynames and began to bring up the communication system information.
