Another campaign [Open]
Nathan had finished his speech on the commlink, and now he was seeing about campaign pictures and banners. It was hard work without an assisting staff like last time.
He was in his office, and briefly his hands slipped into his fingers, making the slightly curly hair even more wind tossed.
"Oh Heidi, really could have used your help right now," Things just didn't work out between them, but he still prays his family was spared. Safe in the pods at least, just waiting for the day to wake up.
But he's worked this far mostly on his own, he could continue to do so. He kept the office hours up in case people needed to talk. But felt compelled to add a 'Campaign Headquarters' outside the door. If only there was some polling data or some way to know how to bring his numbers up. He knew a lot of the more recent people weren't that familiar with him, and he needed to improve on that.
Plus, somebody had to keep abreast of Ohm activity, and as one of the few remaining Command Staff members, the responsibility was on him.

She looked at her omnicomm to see if there were other posts... and looked dejected at Matt's post. He was going for the same thing she was - and offering cookies to boot!
In her wandering, she happened to come across the office building with the "Campaign Headquarters" sign up. She blinked in curiosity, then decided to enter. "...hello?"

"Come on in," He offered her a chair nearby with an relaxed smile.
"Something on your mind?" He even made sure to either be sitting, or crouched if necessary so he wouldn't tower over her.

As she sat down, she looked down a bit, letting her legs dangle a bit. "Well... I'm feeling a bit... overwhelmed."

He then remembered another entry on the commlink.
"Wait, wait, you posted something about running for Council? You? That's an awfully big job for just a kid like you."

She looked up at Nathan.
"...what about everyone else? What's not to keep the rest of the crew from shutting others out from doing something when they just might be qualified enough to do it. I... I want to be an example. But, I know I got a long way to go just to do so and... not everyone might accept me..."

He added, "You're right that people might get shut out, it happens all the time in elections. You need influence, connections to really get far."

"But, I-I know I haven't been here long. I know I haven't had the skills or met the people I need to meet or... anything!" She looked down, a little tense. "...but, I just can't let that stop me... I want to be one those up there with the rest. I'll do it, one way or another...!"
By this point, Sasami's on the verge of tears. By the looks of things... she's very passionate over this push.

"I'm sorry, Mr. Petrelli. I can't do that, I just can't. Even if it means losing, I... I can't."
no subject
"Look, sh, shhh, I'm just suggesting it might be a better option if you do lose so you're not completely missing out. If you want to win, go for it. As hard as you can."
no subject
"...alright, I just..." Sasami said, letting out a sigh. "I'm sorry..."

"Here you go."
