To the Hikari Studio! The Omnicomm Rings Tonight

It should not be possible, but the Hikari Studio looked worse than it did when Tsukasa started working on it. The door had fallen off of the frame entirely after an attempt at replacing its hinges; there were medium-sized holes in the roof where there had once been small ones, and a large hole in the wall that had some rather poor attempts to put in.

So when he noticed the advertisement on the Omnicomm though, he put in a reply. The amount of work he done was not reflected in the current results, so an attempt at branching out and pulling in an expert made sense.

While he was waiting for Xander to arrive, though...a(nother) section of roof collapsed, making one of the holes even larger. Tsukasa glared at said hole for a bit before announcing to the heavens, "You're enjoying this, aren't you?!"

Xander made note of the directions and only got turned around twice before making it to the place. He carefully lifted the door and frowned. It was scratched but the hinges could still be properly fitted. It would take some sanding and work though. He then grimaced as he heard part of the roof giving way.

"Not really. Man, it sounded like you had a fixer upper but this is just a breaker downer. You got no support for the roof, that door's got to be sanded. And what the heck were you trying to do with the wall?"

Tsukasa heard the voice. "I was attempting to place in new supports to hold the wall to the frame." He replied, moving into the Hikari Studio to meet Xander. "Mr. Harris, I presume?"

"Yeah attempt being the key word here. And yes I am, Xander Harris, and you be Tsukasa?" He tripped a little over the Japanese name as he held out his hand to shake.

"I am," he replied, ignoring the outstretched hand as Tsukasa started toward the 'door.'

"The supplies are outside. Do you want to go there and see what exactly you have to work with?"

Xander frowned at that, but then nodded, "Yeah, just out here?" He headed toward the door.

"Well, you could leave through the hole in the wall, but it would be somewhat silly." Tsukasa deadpanned.

After heading outdoors, he motioned toward the work area. "I procured basic hand tools; things akin to hand saws, hammers, etc. earlier. You can also find nails, screws, and lumber materials." He took care to try to keep the bent saws and broken hammers out of Xander's field of vision.

That was fairly easy with Xander's limited peripheral vision nowadays.

"Nah, I'll use the door, old fashioned that way," he quipped back, and went out to look at the tools. Not bad.

"Nice job, I'm gonna want to grab my balance and sander. Probably a few other things, but this is a good start."

"Of course it's a 'nice job,'" Tsukasa replied, "everything I do, I do perfectly." Somehow, his attempted repairs of the Hikari Studio were left out of that.

"I see how you left that perfect hole in the wall, and those perfect holes in the roof. And let's not forget the perfect door just lying on its side," Xander snarked right back as he checked over the tools with a closer look at some of the hammers and saws.

"I only expanded the holes in the roof," Tsukasa replied. "I have no idea how all the damage got there in the first place."

"Yeah, or the fact the sky or the ceiling here is literally falling, chicken little." Xander shook his head.

Right, first thing first, that roof had to get repaired before anything else.

"Chicken Little? I don't know what that means." Tsukasa replied, hefting some pieces of cut lumber.
