"REAL BEAAAAAAAAAAACH!" Irma said, having dragged Hay Lin to a nearby shore. While the sensorium beaches were nice, nothing beat a REAL LIFE BEACH. "Oh, my god, this is just great!" She turned back to face the dark-haired girl she just so happened to drag with her.

"Not only do I get my best friend back, but we got a vacation! A real life vacation! With real food and real clothes and..." Irma said, getting more excited. "I don't know how this could get any better!"

She looked down at the fact that she was still sporting those ridiculous plantsuits.

"Swimsuits."

Hay Lin laughed triumphantly while wading closer to Irma once she'd seen the other girl concede defeat. "Glad you've listened to the voice of reason, Irma; I accept your terms of surrender~"

"...well, I had to - I can control water, not breathe it. I..." Irma began before hearing the last part. "Wait - what terms?"

There was probably something she missed along the way.

"...You sure you wanna hear 'em? They could take a while." Hay Lin grinned lightly, deciding against splashing Irma...for now, at least.

"Well, we got nothing else better to do..." Irma said, matter-of-factly.

It was true - they didn't have anything else better to do.

"Easy: if you surrender I don't splash you with any combination of water and air, we play in the water just like we used to when we were kids, have a fun time together while you explain to me what you've been doing since you woke up on the ship, and...other stuff that should be discussed somewhere that isn't on a beach~!"

Hay Lin held back a bout of laughter, allowing her grin to expand instead.
