fly me to the moon, let me play among the stars [OPEN]
Tycho was glad the squadron had so many new recruits, and he certainly didn't mind the sizable increase in his work-load that went along with it. After all, that's what his job as squadron XO was; making sure everything was organized. Still though, when it came down to it, Tycho was a pilot. He felt far more comfortable in the cockpit of a fighter than he did anywhere else.
Today, today he could use the distraction of some demanding piloting. Today, he wanted to go fast.
The sensoriums resolved themselves into the familiar hanger bay of the Mon Cal star cruiser Home One. The atmosphere was tense, buzzing with the familiar adrenaline high of before a major battle. With a grin, Tycho hoisted himself into the cockpit of his temporary ship, an A-Wing. Expertly, his fingers flicked over the controls, even as he logged into his squadron's com channel. "Green three has four lit and ready when you are," he informed Green Leader. Then they were off, forming up in a screen with the other fighters, ready to make the short jump to Endor.
Back in realspace, the fighter screen streamed towards the half finished Death Star, until there was Lando's voice on the coms, barking at them to pull back. It was a trap, the Death Star's shields were still up- even knowing it was coming, Tycho's stomach still clenched. But now, now here's where the fun part came in. He allowed himself a small smile as his craft turned to engage the oncoming wave of TIE-fighters. His A-Wing danced, his A-Wing soared, and TIE after TIE met their ends.
Tycho was a different pilot than he had been at the actual Battle of Endor 9 years earlier. He was older, more experienced. Still, he got the same joy out of flying that he always had, that same feeling of this is what I was meant to do.
[OOC: if anyone wants to come in and observe the battle, or hop in another fighter and join in, that's cool! Tycho's mostly just vapin some Imps to blow off steam. If you're not familiar with the Battle of Endor (the fight against the second Death Star) the video is here]

"Huh, no one...oh, there is someone here." He said, when he looked outside and saw an A-Wing dueling some TIEs. He chuckled to himself as he pulled out his buckle. This could be interesting. He thought, placing it upon his waist, belt extending and RideBooker appearing.
"Henshin." He said, after pulling out and inserting his Decade card; a second later, Kamen Rider Decade stood where Tsukasa Kadoya had before. Summoning up a mental image, the Sensorium responded with a very good copy of Kamen Rider Agito. In addition, there a a revving noise as two golden cards appeared in his hands.
"This might tickle a little." He said, slotting one of the cards into his Buckle. *FINAL FORM RIDE! A-A-AGITO!* Rang out, and the holographic Agito changed into the Agito Tornader.
Decade jumped on it, and surfed out into space, pulling up beside Tycho's A-Wing. He tossed a little two-fingered salute as way of greeting.

Tycho rolled his A-Wing to avoid the lasers of a passing TIE, firing off a couple quick volleys of his own in return. He couldn't exactly stop to chat, as they were in the middle of a battle, but he probably shouldn't ignore what was clearly one of his shipmates either.
Tycho flipped over to an open com channel. "Greetings, unidentified craft, this is Green Three."

"'Unidentified?' I'm Decade. Kamen Rider Decade. Remember that." And for sheer emphasis, Decade pulled out his RideBooker and switched it into a gun. One *ATTACK RIDE! BLAST!* later, a TIE fighter blew up from a hail of laser fire.

Yeah, Tycho was pretty much going to ignore this guy. There were plenty enough TIEs to go around, so if this 'Decade' character wanted to vape some, that was fine with Tycho.
"Well good flying then, Decade. Green Three out." With that, Tycho's A-wing pulled away, in pursuit of another TIE.

So, he slotted the other golden card the Sensorium had been kind enough to provide to him, and *FINAL ATTACK RIDE! A-A-AGITO!* rang out over the communication systems. A golden version of the Agito crest appeared underneath Decade, and he changed his RideBooker into a sword.
He zipped through the TIEs, hacking off wings, slicing them in half, etc. As he flew through the explosions, one could almost see the confidence. "Well, I believe that just about TIEs things up for this area...'Green Three,' was it?"
no subject
"Green Three here. Look, kid, knock yourself out. There's enough TIEs for everyone, so, you know, go have fun. Green Three out."
Some simulated interceptors were going to now regret the fact that Tycho was annoyed, as he returned his focus to the fight with a greater need to burn off steam.

"Well, that was a happy coincidence."
