Mara was a woman of action, one who liked to get things done sooner rather than later, instead of waiting around.

So when Luke told her she'd need to get a contraception shot for things, she decided to go ahead and get it done. She'd apparently been given a second chance with her husband and she wasn't going to waste any second with him, in any way.

Plus, check ups were always good, right?

She sighed as she sat on the chair. Eugh, doctors.

"My son is a choice you should walk away from. Just a little extra friendly advice. Neither him nor my husband seem to be very pleased with you, so I can only imagine what you've done."

She rolls her neck, ligaments popping. "But if they're annoyed with you, I doubt you want to see me annoyed."

"Oh, Mara."

Vestara leaned back in her seat and crossed her legs. "What I did or didn't do is ancient galactic history. If I want to fairly work alongside the two beings who kidnapped me... I don't understand why my forgiveness is frowned upon."

She sadly shook her head. "I suppose their own guilt is manifested by trying to avoid me. There's so much your son and I could learn from each other," she gestured at the room, "But this is neither the time nor the place to discuss that."

"No, it's not." Mara agreed, standing abruptly as a nurse walked into the room. "But the advice stands. Be careful, Ms. Khai."

She stopped before walking into the office with the nurse. "And it's Master Skywalker. You and I are not on first name terms."
