Old Friends

Jeckie found herself standing in the Sensoriums just a few moments after her communique with Nura. There was something of a pleasant smile on her face - a first, really, for anyone who might have had to deal with her since she'd popped. The Sensorium was made up to look like Jeckie's bedchambers at the Legion headquarters, all rich fabrics and bold hues of violet and blue shot through with silver and gold. She was staring out the window, knowing full well that it didn't exist, but unable to give herself the pleasure of being able to see an illusion of Brin Londo swooping around the sky outside. She bade the illusion to die a moment later and then took a seat on her chaise longue, awaiting the one woman here who was likely the closest thing that Jeckie had to a friend aboard this place.

Not played with it. Not the kind of reassuring words Nura wants to hear, but they are reassuring in some form. She relaxes her shoulders in relief - had they been so tense before?

"Not at all, Princess. I am only concerned for your well-being."

"Everyone has their less desirable thoughts, Princess," Nura says, going over the bed and sitting down on it. Her mind is shuffling thoughts and there is the familiar tingling sensation of a vision coming, but then, that has been going on for hours now.

"Fighting your ID is something natural. Although for some people..." she rubs her arms, looking up. "...for some people, their ID is their Ego and Super-ego." She gives the Princess a reassuring smile. "You are not ruled by your ID."

Nura leans back into her arms against the bed and tilts her head back slightly. Her hair slips from over and off her shoulders, while her blue blue eyes twinkle under the Princess's quarters' bright lights. She looks like a child trying to put together an answer quick before the teacher calls her out.

"Yes...but you forget the most important thing, Princess." She turns her head back up and straightens her posture to a more serious pose. She puts her hands on her knee and leans forward. "You have willpower to not do wrong."
