Who: Ax, Jonas, Paco, Jeka, OPEN Where: On the move Summary: Crew members released from GLaDOS’ clutches request information. Warnings: None
Several holes opened up just inside the Hub and ejected a handful of crew members out onto the corridor floor. It took several moments for them to extricate themselves from the tangle.
“Hair. HAIR!”
“Sorry, didn’t mean to pin it down. Jonas, Ax’s back legs are tangled in your cape, can you do something about that?”
“[Tell him to stop kicking and I will try.]”
< This is not kicking. >
“[Then please squirm less. Do you see anyone?]”
“I don’t see anyone, but we’d better get this worked out before we need to run.”
“Amen, sister. Ow!”
Once on their feet again, they all pulled out their omnicoms to find out what they’d missed and to let the rest of the crew know that they were back.
“I don’t see anything about Brainy or Brenda,” Paco said, disappointed. Jeka huffed unhappily, running her thumb over her Legion ring.
“I’m going to report in to Security,” she said. “Aximili, do you want to come with me?”
< I should talk to Allenby first, I think. Tell them that I’ll be by soon. > Ax replied.
“Aaand Jonas is already tearing off to go find his girlfriend, so looks like it’s just me and myself going for food again,” Paco said as the other teenager in question vanished around a corner. “Catch you guys on the flipside, assuming we’re not about to get ambushed by tentacled space-snails or something.”
[[OOC: Say who you want to talk to in the subject line!]]

Maria sat on the foot of her massive gear which was standing next to the boulder that used to be one of the buildings marked for demolition. She looked a bit winded as the robot let loose a small gout of steam from the work it was doing and looked towards the actual buildings that were being salvaged and fixed.
"You know, this is kind of like doing reclamation work on the outer rings of the city but not. I don't know, at least we have something to do Seibzehn? Just wish it didn't involve so much use of the gravity canon, probably taking a lot out of you."
The robot just stood there as the girl stood up and wobbled a bit before falling to her knees.
"Ok, 15 more minutes for you to build up reactor strength I guess. Can't argue with that."
The robot just stared down at her and if someone were VERY observant they may notice the thing shake its head just a bit, but Maria seemed oblivious to it.

While he'd wandered the city, Mark hadn't found his apartment or the building he worked at. In fact, he didn't find anything he recognized. But he did find a nice house that was only partly demolished. And inside was nice, comfortable furniture. No black leather couches but that was probably for the best.
Mark quickly moved a chair opposite one of the couches and took a seat. He took out his omnicomm and tried typing a few notes to himself as practice. Then he tried lying down in said couch and looked around. He could see the faded pastel colors of the wallpaper, a nice fireplace on the other side of the room. There weren't any paintings let alone upbeat posters promoting diversity, unity, or asking people to get tested for lycanthropy. Oh well, you couldn't have everything.
Mark got up, sent a message to his first patients letting them know when and where to meet him, and walked outside of the house. He took several deep breaths.
"O.K. Mark, there's no need to worry. You're on a living space ship full of people you've never met. How bad can it be?"
