Anybody entering the Sensoriums today would get a sense of dread from the scene that would meet them. It was a scene of a planet left in ruins - the sky that would normally be a bright light blue was tinted a toxic green, chunks of debris and pieces of the dead planet easily noticeable just outside the atmosphere. Barren mountains and craters were in the distance, and in the area of entrance was nothing but a sandy expanse, filled with far too few trees that didn't look like they'd last for very much longer.

There were two ships also noticeable in the area. The first was very obviously destroyed, crashed onto the planet long ago. Nobody would guess that humanity's savior would have been living in a place like this. The other ship was small, new, like it was completely functional and had just touched down on the planet. This is where Dhianeila decided to keep herself lest somebody wound up entering the Sensoriums. Her projection, however, was standing in the middle of the empty area - or rather kneeling, as she hovered a hand over the ground in thought.

She stood, looking up to the sky with an expression of hopefulness, though she also looked a bit lonely, as if this place were her own home. Despite the fact that it wasn't, it was just as important to her than any place she'd ever call home.

"I am going to do my best to keep my promise. Age..." She spoke as if there was somebody there with her. And though there wasn't, Dhianeila herself believed that no matter where she was, he would somehow be able to hear her, so she smiled as if her feelings could travel beyond the endless universes to him.
Negi had searched the media library for it, having promised to show it some day. And thus being said, he had indeed found the movie he was looking for.

Putting it into the big screen, Negi settled down and steeled himself for a huge amount of cheese. The film flickered like a reel for a moment and then a big logo came up complete with the music that Negi had come to identify as the 20th century fox fanfare.

And tinkering starts.... NOW!

Ronnae had been eager working up a storm the last few weeks. Both driven by the amount of new things to work with and the excitement of being entrusted with work from her department's head. She feverishly worked whenever she wasn't called in to hang with some of her new friends and her friend from back home, Nokosi.

She started up with the basics of her training back home, just so she could see if she could replicate the process with the new tools at her disposal and even improve on them.

She started with light amounts of blasting powders and metalworking. Tubes, bolts, modulators and other assortment of basic parts for basic creations like Gun Scopes, Small Explosives (since she didn't want to set the department on fire.), primitive guns and other items. She took great pleasure in making one of her favorites, and decided to test them out immediately. She put on the boots hastily and stood up; however the boots clicked on instantly and she was pummeled into her work bench with a loud 'CRASH!'

"Ow ow ow ow..." She brushed herself off before standing hurriedly, looking around to make sure she was still alone. She seemed fine enough, for someone who didn't show a powerful build she was exceedingly resilient, specially to those who had gotten to see her in combat.

There were two items that were currently on her priority list; cloaking and barriers. The teleporters would be trickier so she would leave those for later.

Starfire had to consider herself fairly lucky. Yes, they had damaged parts of the City, and she would have to find Beast Boy as soon as she was cleared to leave and comfort him, but it was over and no one had died. Her dear friend would be all right.

Even she would be all right soon. The burns on her arms and legs were somewhat extensive, but with some care they had healed nicely, protected by wrappings. The other change was in her hair, now sporting an uneven cut and coming to just below her shoulder blades due to burn damage.

Ordered to stay in bed, she satisfied herself by rebelliously floating up under the blankets, seeing how far she could go before being told to touch back down. It didn't hurt too much anymore, luckily. The pain was more of a phantom than a physical reality by this point.

"When will I be allowed to leave?" Starfire was impatient. Her body was healed enough, so she felt the calling to begin the emotional healing.

At times like this, the need to get away from everything and do what you do the best is probably the best way to get through your problems.

Case in point: a bit unnerved after the whole Darksoul kerfluffle, Spidey had taken the time to head for the Sensoriums. If anything, to blow off some steam.

And by blowing off steam, I mean "going across a replica of Manhattan and do some sort of damage".

Which he did, web-swinging across the cityscape, stopping random muggings and continuing on his way. After awhile, though, he came to a stop in the park, using a tree as cover to switch back as normal Peter Parker (force of habit and he's still trying to keep his Secret Identity hidden here.) and relax just a bit...
