Kaylee really doesn't want to bother Billy, especially when she knows he should be taking a break and resting, but she's not quite ready to face the others yet. Dean she could probably handle, but she's fairly certain that she'd be all kinds of tongue-tied and guilty when it came to Jamie and Kang...

It actually takes her several minutes of standing outside Billy's room before she finally works up the nerve to knock. He's probably sleeping, and she's probably about to wake him, but gorram it all she doesn't know where else to go right now. He'll understand. He has to understand, or all those talks they've had on Serenity don't mean diddly squat.

When she finally does knock on the door, it's soft enough that she can barely hear it herself. Kaylee clenches her jaw, forcing back frustrated tears, and knocks a little harder. Please be in, Billy.
This was very likely the most normal his life had been in the past four years. There was something sad about that, but he wasn't thinking about that right now.

Right now there was Bobby with his head resting on his thigh and a movie from his childhood playing on the TV and his head was completely his own. All good things, comfortable things, safe things.

It was relaxing, and that was all, the wag of Bobby's tail and the quiet voices from the TV. It was nice to do something that didn't need to mean anything.
After taking Hit Girl to the med bay to get checked up on, Hoshi returned to the Juraian Royal Palace to see if Sasami would return there after what had happened. She wondered just what happened, knowing it wasn't her fault that happened to her. So, she'd try to help her out with what she was feeling.

She made her way to the living room and found the blue haired girl resting on the couch. A soft smile crossed her lips and she walked over to her.

"Hey. You look good as new," she remarked, knowing full well that Sasami probably didn't feel that way internally.

At least she was prepared to help her out with what she did.
Tenaya had been spending less and less time in Venjix Palace lately. Admittedly, part of it was that she had various projects in Engineering--and that stupid power converter she'd been working on with Celena was finally starting to work--but another part of it was that it was just plain boring in there, with no one around. It wasn't that she was lonely--she'd deny that up and down if anyone dared suggest it--but it was just unbareably quiet.

Hence why she was in the Sensorium in a simple shooting range. Energy projectiles flew around like skeet, and she shot at them with her fingertip blaster. When she scored a hit, the projectiles created small explosions, kind of like fireworks. It kept things entertaining.
For the most part, Vivio wasn't dwelling too much on her grandmother's appearance and what she would do when the time came. Instead, she decided to try to keep up with her training for today. At least to try to keep her mind off of it. Staying in the library was just a bit boring after awhile.

Entering the room, she began to set everything up. A simple training room appeared before her as she went for Sacred Heart.

"Ready for a workout, Kris?" Vivio asked. The plushie nodded as Vivio prepared to transform, not knowing she would get a visitor.
