What dreams may come [Open, bendytimed to before GTFO plot]

In her sealed, silent, sensory-deprived meditation room, Roxie is sleeping. It's a special sleep: for all dreams are connected, she knows, and by spinning her mind out along the web of thought, she might step into others...

[Roxie is dream-hopping, getting a look at the subconsciousnesses of the other people on the ship. So, how it works - if you're interested, go ahead and post with a dream your character is having, and Roxie will slip into it, subtle at first but more obvious as she tries to satisfy her curiosity. Just her being around will make the dreamer more lucid and more likely to remember the whole thing when they wake up.

A smile flickers on his faceplate, for a second. Nothing more.
Something lurks in the dark, as much bound to him as he is bound to it, with red glowing eyes and a jagged grin. It takes on a tangible shape at last; a thinner, more twisted version of Blitzwing. But it does belong, in its own way, leaning over his shoulder and draping a clawed servo over his shoulders.
Fire flickers beneath his feet.

"Ve are exceptions, I suppose. Und you speak of dreams as if zhis sort of thing is a normal occurrence. Vhat manner of being are you, if not entirely human?"

"I am a servant of Shyama, the Night-Time," Roxie says, and bows slightly to the two of them. "It's a part of my duties to watch over what happens in the dreamlands to make sure that nothing that... doesn't belong is present."

Her tone is cautious—a machine is strange, certainly, but she doesn't want to make any judgments about it being actually unnatural until she can get more information.

"An unusual title for such a small organic. Zhen again, it is surprising vhat comes in small packages."
He seems to inspect her with a calm air; he doesn't seem surprised by the fact that someone that shouldn't really be here in his dreams is. A jagged red grin flashes across the face of his shadowy third, and giggles unnervingly yet again.

The accent. She's wondering to herself--why does a machine have an accent? Is it just an affectation? What would make being German attractive to a machine?

"It's never a good idea to judge a book by its cover," she says, and shrugs. "Who knows what the publishers might have done to try and make it sell better?"
