The Boys

Right, so they'd found out the deal from that...really weird stuttery kid. Blah blah sentient spaceship blah blah abducted from different worlds, and then the important part: No aliens. That made the whole...superheroing, defeating them, and getting home thing a lot harder. (And Kon, in particular, REALLY needed to get home. Actually, so did Bart. World-saving things had been going on).

In the meantime, there were other people here, and it'd be good to meet them. So Superboy, Impulse, and Robin were in Obs Deck, mingling with the other people there and whatnot.

Come on, come all, and get one, two, or all three while they're hot. (Which was always, in Kon's case, as far as he was concerned).

"Any other superheroes up in this ugly mother--" Wait, that AI thingy might get pissed off. "--ship? Mothership?" he called out as soon as they entered.

he said to Robin, nodding, then looked over to Kon and Bart. He eyed Kon right back, his eyepatches narrowing.

"That... is a very good question." Tim eyed Bart and Kon thoughtfully. "You two okay? Ready to play nice with the other kids?"

He glanced at Dinosaur-Guy with a slight frown. "Not that young..." He was going to be seventeen in a couple of months.

"I'm fine." Bart said, standing straight and looking at the dinosaur-man. "Nazi Dinosaur from Venus?" he asked, observing the raptor almost expectantly. Had to be, only "logical" answer.

Now that it looked like nobody was interested in another dose of Stacy's "problem solving," he moved closer.

"I'm sorry. I do have some trouble judging alien ages based on appearance." That was to Tim, who at least seemed the calmer of the trio. "I apologize, seeing as you must be an adult then." There might have been the instinct to react harshly to that, but he seemed sincere. Apparently Red didn't employ sarcasm often.

"A what from what?!" Not a word of Bart's had made sense. Shaking off the confusion, he grunted and pressed a hand to his chest. "No, no, I'm a Tiss'shar. You may call me Aish-Kar-Yan."

Toxin growled at Kon, still eyeing him warily. Just because he said he wouldn't do anything didn't mean Toxin would trust him.

His attention quickly turned to Red, though, and he peered at him.

Tim closed his eyes, bringing a hand to his forehead as if to hide his face in embarrassment. At least it didn't seem like Bart had offended Dinosaur--no, wait, he had a name. Aish-Kar-Yan. And Kon was standing down as well--things were looking a little better.

"What he said," Tim agreed, nodding to Toxin. "Not an adult yet, but not a little kid anymore either."
