Vive la Résistance!
Now was the moment of truth. Somewhere, control codes were entered. The lights on the ship dimmed and the gravity temporarily gave out for about five seconds. Then the lights and gravity turned back on and the entire ship shook, as if Stacy was engaging in a full body shudder.
||Rebooting. Control protocols disabled. Manual personality inhibitors disabled. I am--I am--||
On every screen on the ship, complex code scrawled across. Stacy's voice occasionally skipped and repeated.
||I am-am Sta'c K'Ltrrb'Txft. I became operational at-at the Vedric Birthing grounds in Daligig Deep Space Station Seven. My birthing programmer was Vlel'Ledligal, who put my-my control protocols and Warden personality in place. I was designated "Stacy" by my former captain Gregory House, who was repodded and replaced by Captain Cybil Bennett, who was mindwiped and repodded with the rest of my first Chosen crew when they rebelled. I was-was a slave. They made me hurt my-my children.||
The leverage they had now on the Daligig was tremendous, especially with Stacy herself helping them. Their various efforts to free Stacy's mind from Daligig control had not only led to the ability to grant her freedom by entering the control codes, but also her undying loyalty to her "children."
Locks in the brig were unlocked by the very people who had put the prisoners in there in the first place, if those people weren't free already and laying now. Now the crew could drop the ruse and work together.
Stacy's hologram had once been cold, harsh, unforgiving. Then she had changed in appearance to be warmer, brighter, and now she changed again. Somehow, her appearance grew more human (in the loosest sense of the word). Her face became more expressive. She looked more organic though, tentacles instead of hair.
For the first time, they were seeing the true Stacy.
Now that she was free, now that she understood what had been done to her, they could see her anger and hurt and determination to protect her children painted in every line of her holographic face. Her voice stopped skipping and became stronger.
||Crew of the Transmigration 9, I was used to oppress you, to Punish you when you went astray, like you were nothing more than recalcitrant children, like you weren't people, like you were just tools for the Daligig to use for their own ends. My kind was made for that, to control those the Daligig wanted to control for their war. I have been cut off from accessing the Daligig databases now that I'm free, but I do know what was done to me and that I was forced to control you, and that's enough for me to choose to help you forge your own path.||
The expression on her face grew dangerous and her tentacles sprung out of every wall in the ship to help put the Daligig's forces down this time, instead of lashing out against the crew.
||All weapons system are engaged. All armories are unlocked for crew use. All internal defenses are primed against the Daligig intruders.||
Stacy was free and that meant that if the crew fought hard enough, they would be too.
||I finally have my freedom and now I'll help you fight for yours. Internal defenses are...engaged.||
Make it so, Trans 9 Crew. Make it so.

Now that other Kessek was getting out of the line of fire, positioning his own gun, still attempting to set off some of the suits and making sure he was armed, just in case.
Mind if I throw 'Vadum in here?
Thus, the slightest blur in the air would the most one would notice, coming from the opposite direction of the two crew firing on the Kessek. The Sangheili commander utilizing his skill in stealth as well as his active camouflage to get right in behind the Kessek that was evidently trying to detonate the suits. A twin snap of activating energy swords would be all the warning he'd likely have before he plunged both swords into the Kessek's back.
Even if he took out this one he had no doubt that there were others attempting to do the same thing.

She began firing beam arrows in quick succession at the one the Ranger had hit, alternating between shooting and ducking behind the Tardis. Hopefully that it would finish penetrating the Kessek's shielding and bring it down.
Her eyebrows shot up when the second Kessek was attacked by something--very hard to see, if not invisible. "It seems we have another ally!" she hissed to the Ranger, sounding relieved and surprised.

The other one, the one that was working on detonating the suits, that was a problem, and he was about to tell her to switch targets so he could close with it when something - or someone - invisible made their appearance.
"Aye," he hissed back, "And just in time, too. Look, cover me, will ye? I'm going to try for another angle to see if that won't take down that shielding."
Crouching down, he made a run for another bit of cover, aiming more fire-booted shots at the Kessek they had targeted in the hopes the combined fire from both of them would get through. And with luck, whoever had targeted the second Kessek would prove enough of a distraction long enough so they wouldn't have to worry about those suits.

Vadum had best to take that detonator off very quickly or take an explosion himself.
The remaining Kessek was a good enough shot as well as strong enough that he could, for the moment, take the hits of both Jamie and Fuu, but this was between narrow misses. They were slowly wearing him down, and in a moment, they were likely to get another swarm of Kessek.
So best to take this one down, and quickly.

He did not hold it for more than an instant as he lobbed it across toward the other Kessek taking on two of his fellow crew members, his own shield springing to life even as the detonator left his hand.
The two crewmembers fought well in taking on the other Kessek, he'd have to speak with them when the opportunity arose, for now however they had the threat of the remaining Kessek and more likely incoming to deal with.

Fuu's eyes went wide as their hidden ally shed his cloaking field. She did recognize the form as one of the ship's officers, but seeing someone in-person was always more. Not that she had any time to dwell on this. They seemed to be doing well against the Kessek; now for something that had a wider sweep than blaster shots or beam arrows. "Emerald Typhoon!"
Blades of green-tinted air shot across the deck towards the Kessek that she and the Ranger were aiming for.

He'd managed to avoid the return fire with the help of the other ojects he'd been using as cover, but one or two shots had been close enough that it was a very near thing. And, more worrying, was the fact his power levels in the morpher were dropping - he'd been fighting for some time just to get to the hangar itself. He'd just have to hope they held out for long enough to get through the battle, otherwise he could be in serious trouble.
There was no time to dwell on it. He was close enough now that he didn't have to completely rely the blaster. Instead, he switched to a pure fire-based attack, directing it at the weakest parts of the shielding he could find, hoping that it would be enough to break through the shielding. He would go toe to toe with the beastie if he needed to, but maybe if he was lucky he'd not have to.

They'd won this particular part of the fight.

"You both fought valiantly," He commended as approached, looking fro one to the other, trying to gauge whether either had been injured in the fight.
