Last time she saw artwork was down on the city levels. Now Kate was jogging around where she could in between being schlooped to different locations by the ship. This time she was around one of the top levels, and found herself in the art hall after jogging along the lit up pusticles leading the way to it.
She came to a stop, and stared around. These paintings were seriously creepy, and what's with the sculpture?
OOC: ATTENTION: For Kate, Nathan and Xander's EPs, if it's on the first page, or even if it isn't, it's OPEN to any and all tags. Time doesn't matter. They all need to meet more people.)

"No aliens or supervillains to round it out?"

He swallowed a lump in his throat and turned away from the image, folding his arms over his chest. "What about you?"

"Aliens and supervillains..." The obelisk changed again, and now she was punching another hero. She glanced back at it, and frowned.
"...Mostly." Had to be from during the war.

"...Ok, excuse the pun, but what's your beef with the golden arch guy?"
The statue just changed again, and now it was a giant hulking man that was holding a disarmed Hawkeye Kate in one of his beefy hands, dangling her with a grin. She scowled, and her hands tightened into fists.
"Does this thing have to do bio highlights?"

Turning his attention back to Kate, he noticed her own body tense up at the image the 'statue' had now taken. "Yeah, I get the feeling that's all it does, actually."

She gave the obelisk a wary glance, and started to back up a few steps. Maybe if she gets away it won't show certain events.
But she wasn't back enough to stop it from revealing an older woman, prone, and clearly dead on the ground. One with some similar features to Kate.
"God... no. TURN IT OFF!" She then tried to rush toward the statue to hit it.

Just then it shifted to the image of Sam, sitting crouched on a floor, holding the body of man--who appeared to be in his late forties--and yelling. "See," Sam said, nodding at the new statue.

"Let me go!" She then did stop, and stared at the new figure.
"It shouldn't be allowed to do that..." she finally replied, though she was starting to calm down again.

"Come on, let's sit down," he suggested. "It stops if you get away from it."

"I really don't like this place."

After a moment of silence, and after noticing nothing 'new' in the place, he looked back over at the girl next to him. "I'm Sam, by the way," he said, despite having already introduced himself during the little 'mass introduction' a few days ago.

Kate glanced over at him, "Right, from the meeting. I'm Kate, nice to meet you again."

"It's ok, still kind of lame, but it's an ok try."

"Sooo..." Oh, no, here he goes again! Or, maybe not... "...Who was the big dude?" he asked, motioning the black obelisk that had been forming 'biographical statues' a few minutes earlier.

She wasn't going to get into the whole fact of Eli being a likewise abuser for a time. That was her friend's business and no one else's.
