You're better off helping other people learn your job, because sometimes they do it better than you can. If you're invaluable, you're also the single point of failure."

Her eyes rolled outwards in thought for a moment. "And if we wear ourselves out now, we won't have the inner resources for when the final stretch comes. This is a marathon, not a sprint. We need to pace ourselves, take pleasure when we can," she waves at the other dancers, "and help each other, every step of the race. The prize is too great for us to do otherwise."
