[Open] Cool guys don't look at explosions

There were some things that Karis knew just had to be blown up once she saw them. The Leaning Tower of Pisa was one of them. Exploring the city was about the only thing that came close to entertaining her and when she saw that building, just sitting there and looking like it was about to fall over, she knew that she had to help it finish its journey. It called to her.

Karis glanced at Ter'thelas, "We need to blow this building up. You know that, right?"

Karis cackled, "Lighten up, kid. If the war comes down to missing a few pounds of high explosive, then you can bitch all you want, alright? In the meantime... we gotta requisition some. Howie, got any leads? Or should I bust out my stash?"

Ter'thelas smiled at Howard.

"I knew there was a reason Karis liked you." He nodded in appreciation, then reached over to slap Ronnae on the shoulder.

"Ah, my dear cousin, you mustn't be such a stick in the mud. Tomorrow we might die, so let's have some fun, right? Take a page from the Orcish side of your family. Or your Sin'dorei one if they happen to be enamored with worldly pleasures. Either way, don't worry about it. The armories of this ship contain plenty of things that make a pleasant light show."

Ronnae blushed lightly and she tried to hide it, opting to look away towards the building to play it off.

"Yeah, yeah, I know.... Well... if what you need are explosives.... I might have more than I know what to do with them. After all, I sort of, maybe like explosions a bit too much myself." Leave it to goblins to instill a love for anything that might blow a hole in the planet's crust to their engineers.

"She likes me for my sparkling personality." He nods over to Karis. "I got some grenades, but I'm saving those for the next time Stacy Dearest decides to sick Terminators at us. Let's use yours."

Then he doubtletakes at Ter'thelas and Ronnae. "You two are cousins?"

"And a wonderful personality it is," Karis grins at Howard, "No problem, kiddo, I'll just nab some of Ronnie's."

She eyes the orc with a little grin, "So? Where do you keep your shit? We wanna do this now, right?"

"Grenades aren't really what we're in the market for anyhow." He smiled, his tone pleasant enough but somehow simultaneously just barely indicating that anyone who thought grenades were appropriate for demolition work needed to return to pimary school.

"Ah, technically speaking, no. She's half Sin'dorei. That is, half the most advanced and cultured species on my planet. And seeing as my real family was all wiped out by the Scourge and there are only three living people on board with Sin'dorei blood, I figure you take what family you have." While normally the elf was a bit flippant, he seemed rather serious about this detail.

Ronnae blinked at Howards question and was about to answer when Ter'thelas spoke instead and she had to agree, though she wouldn't have said the thing about the Sin'dorei race and yet it felt... refreshing to hear that very pride that they exuded, at times seeming pompous and rude but they where still close to her and she smiled at his words.

"Y-yeah, that's a good way of putting it," she added with a small hint of a blush, turning to Karis and grinning, "Well I keep most of the 'dangerous' things in storage. Since I wouldn't want someone blowing up on accident, if you all want I can run off and grab a good amount to do this task and a bit extra?" Maybe they could make fireworks!

She did enjoy making those as she learned her trade.

"So you like...didn't even know each other before this." Howard has never quite gotten the bloodline thing.

He raises his hand as if he's answering a question in a classroom. As if he ever answered a question in a classroom. "I vote fireworks!"

"Yeah. Let's go with... a lot extra. Just because. And be snappy, I wanna get this shit done today."

Mainly before an authority figure shows up and tells them to stop. That'd ruin all the fun.

"Right, on it." she said a bit sheepishly but smiling nonetheless. It was... maybe a bit thrilling to fall out of bounds every now and then! Reminded her of her troop back home and how they always got her to do things that weren't quite under the rules for Horde members.

She set off at a fast pace, which honestly, was rather fast for someone on foot, her training helping her get to doing the task as quick as possible.

"No, never saw her before I came aboard." Ter'thelas shrugged, grinned as Ronnae headed off.

"She's an alright young lady, a bit strange sometimes, but that's what you get from mixing species, I suppose."

"Does that mean you're sterile?" Howard asks Ronnae, because clearly he is BEST AT TACT. "Like mules?"

Ronnae had, thankfully, avoided the question as she had set off at a fast pace. It didn't take her long to get to her personal stash of explosives and smiled at the assortment as she usually did whenever she found herself working on her projects.

Soon enough she had a nice packed bag that would make a goblin sapper giddy with maniacal delight and set off to make her way back to the group. A small smile playing on her lips as she couldn't deny that she was exited to do something fun like this.
