Sobek the Immortal: Bringing a God to His Knees [Closed]
Who: Daniel Jackson, Vala Mal Doran, Eva, The Master, Eleventh Doctor, Jamie McCrimmon
Where: Kalimba (planet side)
Summary: A small crew goes on an archaeological expedition to a jungle planet, where System Lord was imprisoned. Taking Daniel as his host, he captures the crew and tortures them, while rebuilding his fleet.
Warnings: Violence, torture, gore
((Part One and Part Two here))
As time drew on, there was no sign of Stacy, rescue parties or of a single landing pods. The typhoon season approached closer with each day, rain and wind spattering the leaves on some days, varying between intense heat and humidity on other days. The megafauna in the jungles had grown more active too. The earth rumbled under their feet as they starting their migration amidst hooting calls and croaks. Throughout the varying weather, one thing remained constant. The hive of activity around the three step pyramids never ceased, slaves either taking shifts or in the most fanatical cases, working themselves near to death or to death. It was like this all across Kalimba. The call had gone out with the instructions for the slaves: work was to begin on restoring the Crocodile God's fleets underneath each step pyramid all across the planet. They were his Chosen, his Children, and he would ensure they were rewarded for their faith.
The complex swarmed with slaves and guards moving weapons and parts. Sobek and his personal guards were also in and out more often as the fleet began to take shape, often traveling to other sites to check on progress. Stones fell away from each ship as far as the eye could see. More and more of each ha'tak was revealed, while lines of human bodies went inside to work on the interiors. If the number of step pyramids that towered through the jungle were any indication, his fleet would be massive.
((same as Part 2: run your own posts with each other, more private threads with Sobek are available at the start. Part 3 does not have to immediately include end-plot stuff. If you want more CR amongst each other or your character being messed with by Sobek, please do!))

Re: with permission
How to reach into and control it. How? Without this TARDIS of his?
The Jaffa removed the device eventually, providing a brief respite. Behind her, the Crocodile God blinked then shifted, head tilting up slightly, his gaze going off into the distance for a moment unseeing as he took in the change in the air as the Doctor's second heart jumped back to life, drumming new vibrations. Only a insignificant tinge of blood to the air, only the faintest trace of iron. The hearts stumbled on each other, then shakily resumed their twin beat.
Sobek turned to look over his shoulder. Gallifrey and the Time War could have been easily avoided in his mind, and Gallifrey had deserved to be wiped out, even if by one of its own. He would do things differently.
"There will be no second Gallifrey. There will only be my Empire, and only those that will submit to me."
Re: with permission
The funny thing was he couldn't seem to stop, either.
"You and submission!" Another round of coughing interrupted him, the Doctor instinctively trying to jerk his hand up only for the restraints to clank around his wrist and remind him that yes, they were still there. "Big fuss with you, submission and getting all the other aliens to bow before you. And what if there's a Gallifrey in this universe? One that's looking for someone to have a round of Time War to start things off?"
The idea was about as terrifying as Sobek having access to the Time Vortex, only Sobek was just one man - snake...worm (whatever he technically was) - and a whole planet full of Time Lords possibly at their worst was something he somehow hadn't had time to consider seriously until right now, when he was trying not to choke on his own blood. Made for a busy day! Torture usually did. The Doctor licked his lips, knowing by now that the Jaffa allowed into the interrogation rooms were Sobek's most trusted and wouldn't respond to any mind-games.
Believe him, he'd tried. Threw everything he had at them. Stubborn, even for humans!
Re: with permission
"The races below are weak, desperately in need of the hand of a God to guide them. Sobek said. Someone had to take control, before they foolishly stamped their own existence out. They would thrive under his will. "They too, will bow, as all others have before."
The Doctor's memories made it clear that his people had no knowledge of the Goa'uld or their technology. The Daleks were ruthless but ultimately single-minded, easily preyed on like the mindless beasts they were. The Cybermen, as good as drones. No threat. The Time Lords could perhaps prove interesting, but Sobek was confident that the combination of technologies, fused and perfected, would be enough to crush them. His fleet neared completion every day. He knew all their tactics now, all the Doctor's during the Time Wars, all those outcomes and decisions. There would be no second Time War.
