Nothing Quite Like Breaking Stuff (OPEN)
Jack's kind of annoyed right now. Well, more than kind of. Leon took his omnicom! What gives him the right, huh? Jack knows he probably shouldn't have hacked Sam's, but didn't it turn out alright in the end? Heck, everyone should be hailing him as a hero for finding the guy's plans! Not that Jack much likes the idea of being thought of as a hero, but still. Is a little respect that much to ask?
So right now he's falling back on the oldest standby in the book for being frustrated with nothing to do about it: busting stuff up.
Jack has the sensorium set to replicate a particular room in his evil lair. It's mostly bare concrete with some lines painted on the floor, it's the room he usually uses for assembling any really big bots. Instead, he has five smaller ones sitting ready. He's set his helipack off to one side so he doesn't accidentally get it damaged. He holds the Monkey Staff in both hands.
"Monkey Staff!" he shouts, activating it. "Alright fightbots, bring it!"
The robots spring to life and come at Jack. Clearly, they know kung fu. Jack? Jack only sort of knows kung fu. But that's not stopping him, and he has the staff making him much tougher and more agile than normal.
"YAAAAHHH!"
If you look in on the loud crashing and random monkey sounds, he's bouncing all over the room beating the crap out of robots. If you watch one, you'll notice they pick up any broken off limbs, repair themselves, and return to the fray regularly. Jack seems to be just getting started.
Who knew he could actually fight?

Then he notices Marcus standing there, watching. "Hey! What're you- OOF!"
It distracts him just long enough for two of the fighting robots to hit him, and then the other three swarm down on Jack in a mess of flailing robot limbs.
"Okay, okay! Uncle! UNCLE!" He yells, it's the command for them to stop. The robots freeze, retract their limbs, and hit the floor. Five neat egg shapes of metal.
Jack lays there on his back, panting, then scowls over at Marcus. "Thanks a lot."

Jack rolls over and climbs to his feet, leaning on the staff a little bit. Ow. Now that he's paying attention, some of those blows hurt.

"... what were those robots, by the way? They don't look like any I've seen." To be fair, Marcus' experience with robots consists of two days in a future ruled by genocidal robots, so he hasn't had a whole lot of variety.

He looks at the robots, then kicks the nearest one. This probably isn't the best course of action, because now his foot hurts. He hisses a little bit, then says, "Oh these things? I built them to train with."
Not gonna mention that normally he'd have trouble dealing with one for any length of time. Nooooope. In fact, he'd only ever built one robot like this. The sensoriums are handy like that.

"Well, that explains why they haven't killed anyone. Bad for training." That might be a tiny hint of sarcasm in Marcus' voice, but his face is remarkably straight. His experience with robots has also been a tiny bit traumatic.

He's extremely used to Shen Gong Wu now, and the fact that Marcus isn't hasn't occurred to him. "What?" he asks, trying to figure out why this guy broke off the sentence like that.

There's not a lot on this ship that Marcus is used to. "Your... transformation. Is that normal?" he asked. That probably wasn't the most tactful way to say it, but baffled Marcus is baffled.

"Okay, now that is just SICK AND WRONG dude."

He stops moving for a second in order to reply, "You calling me crazy?! It's just temporary okay, chill-"
And that's when one of the robots takes advantage of his pause and delivers a chop to his ribs. Jack gives a monkey scream and scrambles away from it.
"Alright, UNCLE!" he yells at the robots. They stop, retract their limbs, and all sit dormant on the floor.

"Well maybe you DON'T have hair in places where there should be hair, ever thought of that?" he retorts.

"Well, YOU'RE ridiculous!"

"Do I tell you what noises to make when you fight?" he snaps at Mai without looking at her. Jack's used to being questioned or even insulted while he goes, it's par of the course with Xiaolin Dragons.

She watched as Jack bounced around for a minute and when she saw the bots repairing themselves, she decided to clap so her presence wouldn't come as a surprise at a bad time. "You're really good!"
After all, it's not like he knows real martial arts. The improvising style was the one she knew.

He wasn't expecting a compliment though, Jack's used to being told he fights like a girl. A really sissy girl that doesn't know what she's doing, anyway, because he's gotten his but kicked by a girl plenty of times.

So, if it works, it's good in her book. "Watch out behind you!" Dani called. Well, she didn't want him sucker punched because of her.

Lafiel doesn't quite have that prankster's instinct but she does find it an interesting diversion. And if noone's there, there's always time for another ground battle simulation, something she doesn't enjoy but knows to be neccessary.
And there's Jack from her team, bouncing around like a rubber ball of destruction and screaming war cries from his pale throat. Lafiel watches for a second, before observing:
"Does that make it feel better?"

He's a very grouchy monkey boy at the moment. He's obviously lying.

"Yes, of course, you're demolishing those robots and practically frothing at the mouth because you are at peace."

It's a good thing these robots fix themselves, otherwise this would be long over by now.
"Who asked you anyway?!"

Because that's totally what happened.
