Seemingly Random Things (Open)
Philip was restless once again as he strode towards the sensoriums. Closing the door but certainly not locking it, he held up a hand as the DiEnd Driver appeared, his weapon of choice lately. Profoundly saddened he was never going to be able to get a hold of the real thing, he locked in the card.
KAMENRIDE
"Henshin!" he pulled the trigger.
DIEND!
Clad in the blue and black armor of DiEnd, he pulled out several cards from his pouch and started arming them into the weapon. KAMENRIDE: G3, OUJA, FOURZE, DOUBLE!
Firing it into the blank space, the copies of the Riders started fighting it out as Philip watched, seemingly impassive under his helmet.
What was going through his head?

It used to be easy, if not exactly healthy. He'd be careful and supportive for Yui, who'd been a lot like a sister to him. To Shinji, he eventually tried to treat him the same way he himself wanted to be treated--left alone to think his way through his problems, a show of respect.
But in the last couple of months back home, it had gotten harder with them, and it was hard with Philip. Ren didn't know what was wrong, other than that he might have pushed too hard about the Gaia Memories and had offended him to the point that Philip had hurt him seriously enough. And if anything was worse than not knowing what he was supposed to do, it was not knowing what was wrong.
So for now, he just watched, trying not to analyze anything as he watched this miniature Rider War play out.

"Hi, Ren," said Philip as Saga charged into the mix.

It was pretty disturbing to watch, and not least because it was a battle among Riders for no apparent reason. As he watched them--some familiar, some entirely new--he had to hold back a cringe.
"You managed to get Ouja down. Every bit as psychotic as the original."

In the white space with nothing around them, it certainly looked like a fight for no obvious reason as Ouja made a disturbing cackle and struck G3.

"Attacks or defense?" Ren asked, unable to look away no matter how horrifying it looked. It was all a simulation, he tried to tell himself. But he could still hear Asakura's voice, and the screams from G3 sounded no less realistic.

"Does it have to be a simulation like this?" he asked. "Why not a look-up?"
no subject
"Want to spar with sensorium powers?" he asked, dismissing the Riders in a fizzle of light as the area changed to a generic street in Fuuto.

But he couldn't help but feel that something was wrong with Philip, and this might just be the only thing he could do to help.
"All right," he agreed, taking out his deck.

And it helped him ensure that Darkwing was going to stay put and not attack Philip like it had attacked that cultist.
He held out his sword and flew forward, making the first attack

The Hawk Candroid had already been sent out to look for anything of interest; it flew in the Sensoriums momentarily before leaving, and not long after that Ankh came in, carefully opening the door just an inch to peer inside. Obviously this guy was a Kamen Rider; though that was easy enough to pick up what with it saying 'KamenRide.' He recognized Double, but he couldn't quite place his finger on the other ones that were fighting.
A few minutes or so of waiting, and Ankh knew he wasn't getting much from just watching. So, he pushed the door open wide and strolled inside, the Hawk can flying around aimlessly above his head. "Hey. What are you up to?"

Philip did his research after all.
no subject
"Huh?" More importantly, how did this guy know Eiji? Was he Double, or worked with them? But then, he'd only seen Double while he was an arm, so how would he know? He hesitated a moment before continuing. "Yeah. How do you know about that?"
"...And what do you mean by 'another'?" He continued, voice sounding a bit more pushy. Were Birth or Hina around here...? It was extremely unlikely, but....
no subject
"I also meant the other Greeed here."
no subject
"You're the green half, huh?" He added, finally settling on watching the illusory Riders that were fighting. "You met Cazali huh?" Totally not anger or anything at that part, nope.
no subject
He loaded his gun and fired it into the crowd, summoning Blade who immediately went to down on Ouja. Another shot fired and he summoned Kabuki.
"Cazali is... interesting to say the least."
no subject
Ankh looked back at Philip and watched as he loaded and fired the gun. It was a pretty useful simulation, that was sure. "The least said about that idiot the better. Besides, without his medals, he's no problem."

"Still, there's no reason ostracizing him for now. Even a cornered cat is dangerous."
no subject
"What, you want to work with him?" Hmph. Maybe this guy wasn't as smart as he thought.
