In light of his injuries, Tim hadn't been doing as much work as he honestly would have liked to-- he was supposed to be taking it easy while he finished healing, and thus had spent more time around as himself, as opposed to as Red Robin.

Of course, he still had a lot of on his mind. Even without that taken into consideration, he wasn't a fan of idling. He'd spent a fair amount of time as 'Tim', at least, but beyond that-- well, if his work was being limited (though he could work on his own private things, as well), at least he still had training. He considered it physical therapy.

He had to be careful of course-- he was already probably moving himself too much-- but exercising was still important, after all. Even if it was lighter than he would normally allow himself. At least he was being sensible about it.

((ooc: Because of his injuries, Tim Drake is going to be around more than usual! While Red Robin is still in his usual haunts-- working with Engineering, Programming, Neuropathy, Security...--and with a decent amount of training mixed in. So feel free to run into him anywhere, as either, though those are the most likely places. c: ))

Tim, of course, had seen Ronnae around a little bit more, via Engineering-- but he'd not been terribly prone to speak to her as Red Robin, so it really had been a while, even for him. He turned at the sound of her voice, shy and quiet, as per usual.

He feigned surprise at hearing her address, and smiled to the girl. "Hello, Ronnae," he replied, a little bit formal, but adding some friendliness to his voice. "I'm... alright, all things considered. How about you?"

"Better than I many thought I'd be," she smiled timidly and nodded.

"I'm glad to see you're alright, I didn't see many people during it or afterwards. It was all quite intense." Not that she had minded the intensity of it at all.

"What are you up to?"

He nodded to her, smiling a little bit more warmly, back. "Glad you're okay," he said.

He shifted slightly on his feet, shaking his head. "Trying to kill time, I guess. Keeping myself at least sort of occupied. What about you? Working?"

"Yup~ on my way there actually! There's been a lot of talk about what needs to be done in our department. So I'm doing what I can to take the brunt of the workload since I can take it." She grinned proudly and gave him a playful thumbs up.

Tim nodded. He had his own shift later, but that was another matter. He was supposedly just resting his arm up, for now, before getting back to work. He smiled at her pride. "You're a good person, Ronnae," he said. "Just don't wear yourself out, okay?"

She grinned and nodded, "I won't~ At least not as long as I get my break. Can't concentrate without it! And besides, I'm don't want to worry anyone."

Tim smiled slightly again. "Good," he said. "I wouldn't want to see you burn yourself out. It'd be kind of counterproductive anyway." The last part being tacked on as a poor joke, though he also meant it.

"Only slightly~" She mused back, blushing a bit as she moved some of her hair from her face.

"S-so, I guess... I guess I s-shouldn't be keepin' ya."

Most awkward... she needs more social training!

Tim smiled back a little bit easier that time, and nodded. Of course, he couldn't blame her for the social trouble-- he wasn't exactly graceful himself.

"I'd think it's the other way around, honestly. You're the one who has some place to be."

"Oh! Y-yeah... I." And then she was red faced even more.

"I g-guess I should be going huh?" she laughed a bit awkwardly and hugged her noted to her chest before smiling. "I'll be seein' ya later then~ Take care Tim." She gave a quick bow, waited for the farewell and went on her way a bit embarrassed.

It was nice seeing him again, of that she was sure.
