With all the preparation for the confrontation with the Ohm, the battle itself, and the immediate aftermath, most of the crew were naturally focused on current events. But some crewmembers weren't so up to date on what was happening.

Mainly because they were stuck running mazes with GLaDOS. No matter what was happening the eternal, endless, quest for cake always continued.

[[ooc: okay, so this is basically just a general running-around-the-mazes log for my characters that are stuck running mazes with GLaDOS. It basically covers about a week before Lirath, Lirath itself, and a couple of days after - so anyone who was GLaDOS'd during that time can tag in. Marco, Celestia, and Daja each have their own thread, and Zita might tag in on occasion with GLaDOS herself if she has time.]]

The sound of clattering hooves suddenly becomes an adolescent Andalite as Marco passes a one of the diverging paths in the maze.

< Marco? > Ax asked, surprised to see anyone else while he was running the mazes. < What are you-- What is that?! >

Three-hundred and sixty degree vision means that he doesn't have to slow down to look at the thing that is now chasing both of them.

<Ax-man?> Marco said, just as surprised to see Ax as Ax was to see him. Then Ax reminded him that there was still a giant yellow chomping machine coming for them.

<Didn't I show you how to play Pac Man?> Marco wondered aloud. The Pac Man loomed closer. <...Okay, never mind that. Run!>

< Why are you being chased by Pac Man? > Ax asked, instead of telling Marco that he hardly needed to be told to run away from something that was trying to eat him. < And can we fight him? >

<How should I know? That cake-obsessed AI sent him after me, don't ask me what crazy thoughts were going on in that wiring of hers,> Marco said, as he run alongside Ax. <Maybe; if this is like the game, and we're the ghosts, then if they can kill him. Unless he's eaten one of the blinking spheres and turned pretty much invincible. Or we're not meant to be the ghosts at all, and he'll just be able to eat us regardless.>

< How do you know if he's eaten one of the blinking spheres? > Ax asked, inspecting the Pac-Man with a stalk eye as he continued to run. < If we can fight him, we should split up. He can only follow one of us, then the other can attack from behind and see if they can do any damage to it. >

<Well usually the ghosts just turn blue,> Marco said. <Which means I'm betting he thinks you're looking really tasty right now, Ax-man.>

He risked a quick glance back at the Pac Man. <Right, splitting up,> he said. Sounds like a plan. Although Marco wasn't sure which part was worse - being bait, or getting up close and personal and risking that giant mouth to try and take it out. <You wouldn't happen to have a coin on you somewhere?>

< Yes, I carry human money around in my many pockets in case a large spherical creature should attempt to ingest me unexpectedly, > Ax replied as they reached the next section where another path separated itself from the one they were traveling. < I won't let it get too much of a head-start if it chases you. >
