There's A New Overlord in Town [Open]

Pram had been very quiet for a while. She was one of the more quiet overlords as far as she knew, but she always made sure she made her appearances whenever she needed attention. She had her reasons for keeping quiet for the last month or so.

It didn't take long for her to find out Zetta was on board this ship. A brief moment of relief and happiness swept through the young overlord's mind when she found out, although it was immediately replaced with her usual mischievous personality to start plotting how to mess with her favorite 'plaything.' Never mind her worries of getting by the days without decent food or place for herself, she could just take over Zetta's place. Since he had been on this ship for a while, he's bound to have a castle of his own, right?

And that was what she exactly did. To her luck Zetta seemed like he had left for elsewhere for a while. With the "Most Badass Freaking Overlord" gone from his castle, it didn't take much for the self-entitled Oracle to take over. Really, all she did was just walk into the castle and sit down onto the throne.

So there she was, giggling to herself as she had one of Zetta's minions fan her while she continued to sit in the throne that was not her's. She was going to boast all she wanted about taking over Zetta's castle (while he was gone) as she had the other servants do a complete makeover of the castle and left the entrance open.

"Mwa ha ha ha ha...! Tee hee!"

[[OOC: It is a momentarily takeover of Zetta's castle with the mun's permission, and will end with Zetta getting his castle back. I do know the Cloneplot is still going on due to LJ being a butt, so I will say it is bendytimed to after the plot is over just in case. Feel free to have your muses come in and chat with this lolita Overlord?]]

"Oh so a buttmonkey. I like the sound of that, tee hee hee!" Maybe she could be like Flak...

There certainly were a lot of tee hee hees in the air.

"Hey, shouldn't we take the car?"

"I'm an overlord! You can't have anything higher than that!!" Pram snapped, wanting to smack that stupid books off of the minion's hands. Oh right, his self-proclaimed 'Most Badass Freaking Overlord' title...

"Sure you can, it's call 'this freaking sweet guy right here'," Zetta said. Then he looked at Lash for a moment.

He STILL wasn't sure he trusted her to drive the car.

"Uh. I guess."

Yessss, now where were the keys. She looked at Zetta and realized it was probably not on him anymore. And the castle was already a few minutes away from then and Lash realized she didn't feel like walking all the way back there. Besides, she had to get mentally prepared for this battle!

"Eh, actually maybe we can walk, or use my Neotank."

Hey if driving a car was bad, how about a four legged vehicle of doom with all three inside. Surely nothing bad could happen there, right?

"...Sure," Zetta said with reckless glee. "The Neotank sounds like a freaking sweet idea!"

Pram, you are not prepared.

"Tee hee hee! Okay, I parked it right over there!" she said, pointing to it.

Pram, you are really not prepared.

"Whatever, can we just get going?" Pram replied with a frustrated sigh. No, no she wasn't prepared for the Neotank ride.

This is going to be the greatest thing ever.

Zetta's minion followed Lash to the Neotank, grinning with the same smug wickedness out the Overlord himself was exhibiting.

She let the both of them in, as Lash quickly let the minion holding on to Zetta to attach herself with the seatbelt.

"You might want to hold on to something, or use the seatbelt," Lash warned, but having a feeling that Pram wasn't the type who'd listen to her.

And too bad! Despite the lack of wheels, the Neotank stood up, and then bolted off towards the direction of the sensoriums, the four legs jumping from buildings to buildings, as the people inside were shaken about. This was definitely not a smooth ride. And it went on for quite a few minutes. Those unused to it (Pram) it might seem like even more.

It may have been a really "nice" surprise for the younger overlord if she didn't float all the time. She almost ran into a chair when the tank stopped, though.

"Ugh..." It felt pretty stupid.

Zetta got a good cheap laugh out of that anyway. She would've done the same if their positions had been reversed though!

"All right! Everyone out!" he said gleefully, his minion practically kicking open the hatch in a hurry to see this awesome match. Oh man, death ray to Pram's face, this was gonna be freakin' sweet.

For someone about to go fighting with a demon, Lash was certainly taking it in stride too, running into the sensoriums with a grin on her lips, and practically hopping there with her movement.

"Let's go, let's go!" Her head was already getting filled up with all sorts of ideas on how she could fight this. Pram was going to get the best of what the wunderkind could offer. After a quick check, she found an empty sensorium.

"Get in here! No one's there!"

Pram was definitely underestimating the wunderkind. What could this skinny little girl with a huge exploded hair do? But she knew there had to be something that got Zetta's attention. If she weren't strong, why would he even associate with her?

She silently followed after the girl, hand to her chin as she thought over this. Curious...

If anything, this fight would show her what kind of powers this girl has.

"Well? What are we waiting for?" She asked, putting her hands to her hips.

It isn't as if she hadn't fought with a demon once or twice before, after all!

The book's minion followed, tome in hands. Zetta was already visibly gleeful.

"Give her the full treatment, Lash!"

"Oh don't worry about that," she replied with a grin, opening the door and going in first.

By the time the other two were arriving (so just a few seconds), Lash had already been preparing the place, turning into a maze of trees, broken metal machines that certainly did look like it would hurt if you landed on them, pits, and a whole bunch of remote controlled mines.

She was stroking her chin, thinking if she should really put in that giant death ray or not, but maybe she should let Pram pick a few things as well. If only so that when she'd be defeated, she couldn't claim it was because of the territory.

Leave the scenery to Pram and everything would be ice or light blue. With roses. Really, she didn't mind what kind of scenery they would be fighting in. Her only worry was by how much her Mana Power had depleted to. She was weaker than before, but how much? That thought kept on tugging at her nerves as she floated in place.

"Well, this certainly is an interesting scenery." Pram commented as she looked around.

Don't ask Zetta that question, Pram, you wouldn't like the answer.

"Wait, no death ray, seriously?" he asked, looking around.

"I'm gonna save that for later," she said with a playful look, before returning to Pram and crossing her arms again. "Your turn. If you want to add anything to the playing field, go for it. That way when I win you'll know it's because I am the best, no matter what you throw at me, tee hee hee!"

"Don't underestimate me!" Pram replied with a scoff. "I'm not an overlord that just sits around at her throne all the time!"

With a frustrated sigh, she brushed her hair away for the billionth time. "But, I suppose I'll spice things up in this area. You'll be sorry for even letting me have this chance."

There weren't much to put in, though; it was mostly for the change in the scenery. Now there were things made in ice. "There. That should make things look a little better for the eyes." She said with a small smirk.

"Never too early to start working on your comical side-character stereotype, huh, Pram?" the book said, which was damn big talk coming from, well, a book.

That had worked out better than she could have imagined. First of all because Neotanks were able to go over even ice and snow (just with a tiny bit more difficulty), but with Lash involved, her CO powers would negate that out. This was still a tight area, and ice or not, this still was a forest.

But most important of all, she had played directly into Lash's hand and without asking her for anything, Pram had given the wunderkind a demonstration of what her powers, what they were based on and what she should expect. Mentally, the gears in her head were already turning.

Ice melts. It's brittle.

She had a feeling Pram had no idea about Lash's own powers; apart from the fact Zetta had warned her that she could take her own, and now she was going to learn just exactly why. Could a demon really expect someone to turn into Ranger? Bright yellow spandex, lighting powers? Well, if she really was an oracle...maybe, but from what she'd gathered from talking with Zetta, the ones they did have in their realms were laughable at best, and demons considered them a laughing stock. She could play on that too. Catch her by surprise...then punch her in the face.

The plantsuit was replaced by her typical CO outfit and she moved around her collar before stepping away. "I think that the child should go first," she added sarcastically, risking to play with her emotions. Pram had seemed easy to rile up when they started talking a short while ago. Time to crank that up to overdrive. "You're dress certainly makes you look like one, tee hee hee!"

Oh. Disssss.

"Oh, shut up Zetta." Pram replied to the book. "You'd probably put fire everywhere if it's your own place, wouldn't you?

"Oh, you humans are so typical." Pram then said as she turned to face Lash. "Judging people by their looks."

She wasn't falling for that putdown, Lash. But she certainly wasn't expecting the Ranger outfit route you were thinking about.

Oh. Right. The sensoriums. There WERE in those, weren't they.

Zetta imagined up his own body around himself. Also with a bowl of popcorn, which was by this point a time-honored tradition for watching battles in the sensorium.

"Hey Pram," he said, just a little more serious. "Don't hold back. You really can't afford to right now."

Hopefully Pram had listened to that for as soon as Zetta had finished speaking, the sting of lasers began to fill the skies as Lash slid across the icy terrain, shooting from a distance.

"I warned you to go first, but you didn't do anything! Guess it's going to be my turn now, tee hee hee!"

The shots were fired around her, for the most part. Give her a false sense that maybe Lash was a bad shooter and Zetta was just toying with her. No use getting out the (metaphorical) guns just yet.

Pram was about to yell at Zetta to be quiet when she almost did a double-take at how he wasn't as his book anymore. She didn't have a chance to comment on that as lasers started to shoot towards her way. She tried to summon some ice boulders to block the attack, only to realize that she couldn't.

The lasers crashed into the ground, causing up a cloud of dust to rise, forcing Pram to cough and blinded temporary. She knew her Mana power was less than before, but by this much???

This was so frustrating! With a growl, Pram unleashed one of her more basic ice magic, causing ice spikes to shoot out from the ground as soon as the dust cleared away.
