[Closed to Kimberly]
Shortly after sunset in the City, Goliath leaves Bronx to guard the castle and makes his way to the Vatican to wait for Billy's friend. Last night's search of the lower levels of the castle turned up a room that must have once been used by a landscaper on Xanatos' payroll. Goliath is glad to have tools to offer the human, considering that the castle gardens have grown wild in ages without care. This girl has her work cut out for her.

Besides starting a garden in a castle would be exciting. She would have to plant roses if they had them here.
It didn't take her long to find the Vatican. Now the only thing was to wait until the gargoyle showed up. Or was he already here?

He landed on the roof of the Vatican and cast a quick glance around for the human girl before dropping off the edge of the roof. He landed heavily and rose his full height before looking again for Billy's friend.

He looked like gargoyle. Or what she would assume a gargoyle would look like.

"You are Billy's friend?"
He never did get her name.

"It's really nice to meet you. Billy has told me a lot about you." She said with a shaking grin.
I'm sorry for threaddropping on you. If you'd still like to finish this, I would like that also!
"It's good to meet you as well. I am always glad to meet a friend of a good friend."
Sadly, Goliath has been having trouble convincing himself to socialize, so he hasn't heard Billy talk much about Kim before.
"My castle is this way. I'm afraid it has grown wild without care."

"Your enthusiasm speaks well of you."
Goliath lead her through the city to a huge, sprawling castle, ringed by a high stone wall. A genuine drawbridge remained closed, and Goliath helped Kimberly over the wall, which was covered with the scars from many claws digging in. He landed beside her on the overgrown grass.
"My only concern is that that -" he pointed to the gleaming red car, the only thing in the yard that someone had obviously been taking care of - "be left undisturbed. The rest is yours to do with as you wish."

The castle was beautiful. She could fix the flowers that weren't doing too well and she could weed out the ones that have been long since dead. "I'm like so excited for this." Kim whirled around.

"Good."
He surveyed the castle, remembering happier times, before Xanatos, before the Wyvern massacre, when this had been a place of refuge for humans and gargoyles alike.
Now it was nothing more than an empty monument to Xanatos' ambition.
Kimberly would be good for it. Other humans would be good for it.
"It is long past time this castle had life in it once more."

Her mind wondered as to what used to do on here. How it used to look and she pictured women in Victorian dresses and men in tuxedos and lanterns. Oh how beautiful this could be. "What's your favorite flowers?" She asked.

"I hadn't given it thought." He considered the castle, and his memories of the land where it was first built. "Heather grew on the hills about this castle, once."
And he and his brothers were forever bringing it as gifts to their beloved mates, but the last person Goliath wants to talk about with a new human friend is Demona.
