The Troublesome P/Shoutarou Can't Decide [Closed to Philip and Hoshi.]

Riding down a transport tube to the hangar to presumably stop Allenby from what she had been discussing doing on the network, Shoutarou is having a moral dilemma, about whether to stop the girl, or join her.

Time to phone a friend, in a sense.

He'd been staring at the Double Driver for several moments, and now he finally puts it on. "Philip... Have you been watching the network?"

"Often," replied Philip, closing his book as he turns towards his whiteboards. "Am I to assume it's about the Allenby situation?"

"I noticed that." replied Philip, thinking about the possibilities that were in store. "She's very determined to take action, and prevent any more tears from falling."

"On the other hand... doing so might cost her her life."

Hoshi noticed the belt that formed around Philip, knowing that Shoutarou had to be on the other end, so to speak.

"Any possibility in broadcasting what Shoutarou is saying, Philip?" She wanted to help out however she could with the situation that was currently unfolding.

"He's saying that he's in a dilemma, and wants to know what to do about Allenby," said Philip.

"Shoutarou... I think it's the best interests of everyone if we stop her. For the time being at least." said Philip, thinking about the Begins Night as well.

"If she dies on this mission, she can't protect anyone's smiles. Go on, stop her before she makes a mistake."

Hoshi leaned forward on the couch that was in the hangar, intertwining her fingers together while she rested them underneath her chin. She was trying to think of something to help Shoutarou out with what was going on.

After a pregnant pause, she bit down on her lower lip and sighed a little. "I've got a suggestion," she said, standing up. Her arms were folded over her chest as she paced around. "It'll be hard to reason with her about what she's doing, especially since she's so hellbent on getting the crew members back, but I would do what Philip suggested -- try your best to stop her with whatever you have to. Personally, I'd try logic instead of fists.

"Yes, she's facing a potential court martial for disobeying orders, and what she's doing is admirable, however try to get through to her that she should value her life and take a moment and pause before she does something she'll regret," she spoke, sounding older than she really was.

"And, if logic doesn't work, maybe fists will if she communicates better that way. Let's consider that to be a Plan B for now and our Plan A is to get through to her before she goes. Plan C, if both Plan A and Plan B fails, is try to figure out how to disable her Gundam so that she can't take off. That way, she can't leave and it'll be a lot easier to detain her."

Those lessons with her father were definitely paying off in this situation.

Philip relayed that to Shoutarou. "Seems like a viable option."

"Right."

"Henshin." And he placed it into the driver which vanished.
