"Come on. Work..." Danny sauid, clenching his fists together, attempting to make a solid weapon out of his ecto-energy.
A long, translucent, object appeared in his hands, but disappeared in a few seconds.
"Damn it! Why can't I do this?!"

"Which reminds me, if you start feeling really, really cold at some point for no apparent reason? Tell me as soon as you can. You've got the ghost sense, so I'm pretty sure you're going to get them sooner or later."

"Eh, if I keep trying to do this right now I think I'm gonna have an aneurysm, which won't help anyone. So, anything you needed me for or did you just come in to see me practice?"

"To see you practice, pretty much," Dani said and paused, looking thoughtful. "Unless you want to teach me that wail thing..."

"Could you tell me how you do it? I mean, you really think I won't be in a situation where I won't die horribly?" She asked. She was rather casual about it. It was a truth she accepted.
One she embraced, really. Since she could die horribly in a fight, it meant she was alive enough where she had a chance to fight.

That's why she had been so good at ecto blasts in the time it took Danny to stop accidentally phasing through the floor.

She looked at him in almost awe. "I'm....a Fenton?" She asked quietly.

The name Dani, the name Phantom. That was his, and he had accepted her as his clone. She felt it was fine to use those names because she was accepted as part of his ghost life.
She never took the name Fenton. Fenton was his family, his human life, the normal life. The life she was aware of, the life she had protected by trying not to depend on him to help her get through life.
But he had. He said she was a Fenton, family even in his normal life. She felt tears well up in her eye before she could stop them.
Danny might have had no idea why she was surprised, but it meant a lot to her, that he accepted her completely as family. "T-thank you!" She said, immediately wrapping her arms around him even as tears fell.
