Her Flight [semi-open]
Somewhere inside the vast dome of the City, Signum floated, transformed into her battle gear, eyes closed and mind reaching out to the ship for magical reactions. The presence of Stacy's mind - not magic per se, but still psychically loud - was a constant buzz, but her senses floated to smaller, brighter sparks, aided by what she held in her hands - the "Book of Darkness" that she had taken up last week. She'd been confused, then, but now that the Administration Program was back in her proper place, it was time to start filling the pages again. She'd dawdled too long on this ship, trusting 'Stacy' to keep Hayate safe (ha!), even socializing with the time-displaced Bureau mages who had been trying to stop her before all this...
She reaches out for magical reactions. People she knew - Nanoha and Testarossa (avoid at all costs), Aibghalien (noted), Hayate (...) - and others she didn't, or whom she was merely acquainted with through the Magic Department.
Ha. A Wolkenritter joining such an organization. That was possibly her least thought-out bit of subterfuge here. They had nothing to offer her, unless some bleeding hearts were willing to sacrifice mana...but that clearly wouldn't happen. No, no, it's definitely time to go back to doing this the old-fashioned way. The very old-fashioned way, since her comrades were all still in the pods.
Yes, she'd have to be careful, but the danger was worth it. To live quietly with her Master, even in this besieged cave of a starship...that was what mattered.
She focuses in on a magical signature and swoops quietly towards it, preparing a Barrier to isolate herself with the victim. Hopefully, they'd fall quickly and painlessly...
((Okay friends, reply to this post if you a) have magical powers and want to have a fight with Signum over them or b) spot Signum and want to stop her. Threads will probably take place in skewed pocket dimensions called Barriers for privacy, but these can be broken into if you like. Expect fighting! Signum isn't in the mood to talk. Further details can be found here. If you signed up to get mugged and want to do it in another post, just let me know.))

Chamo sat to the side and Larry the Platypus offered a duck-like chitter that Negi was chuckling about. "Don't worry, I'm fine."
no subject
Negi almost certainly senses the shift in the world around him as a magical Barrier closes them off from all non-mages in the immediate vicinity, unfortunately (for Negi) including that manly platypus. Shortly afterwards, a tall, long-haired woman in armor alights on the ground near him, holding a sword in her right hand and a heavy, black leather-bound book in her left. Everything about her screams "magic", but for the fact that she's armed with such an untraditional mage weapon.
She spends a few seconds considering him, hostile intent obvious, but waiting to gauge the kid's reaction time before she attacks.

He peered at Signum curiously, but his guard was up. "Um... aren't you one of Vivio's friends?" The jacket reminded him of Vivio's own but it was tailored differently. The sword out was an immediate threat.
And of course, Chamo broke into his revere. "Aniki! Don't you sense the hostile energy?"
"I know that!" exclaimed Negi, clearly worried.

At least he'd rather talk than fight. That means he's probably an easy match, but again, experience with those two TSAB kids keeps her on guard. "I'm going to say this once. I need your mana. All of it. I'm perfectly fine with doing it either the easy way or the hard way, but I'm in a hurry, so decide quickly."

Took him awhile, but he was making progress. However, as he kept going, something felt wrong. Someone was approaching him. Gripping his Z-Staff in his hands, he kept going, ready for anything.

"Oh. There's a button," she comments.

"Hrn? Who the...?" Zedd uttered before turning to see who it was. "So, I guess it's come down to this, hm?" Another one of the "goody-goodies" and by the looks of things, they're probably wanting to take him in as well. "I don't know why you're here, but I am NOT going to let you do it so easily!"
The next command would have been for the Putties to attack. Instead, he watched as they collapsed and disappeared. "Hrrn...!"

He was heading through the city unsuspectingly. And though he could sometimes get a feel from others when it came to their own power levels, he wasn't really paying attention - defenses for the most part, down.

Einhart, hopefully, knows the feeling of a Barrier closing around her, because that's the only warning she'll get before a pillar of flame comes tumbling at her through the air from a flying, tall, pink, possibly familiar Knight.
no subject
And then there was the fire and Einhart was jumping back away from it... before staring up at the kinda sorta familiar form of Signum. She had seen her around ship with Hayate and the others, but she never talked to her before. "What are you doing?"

Thus there he was, striding through the streets as if he owned the place.

"That's a nice sword."
It should also be obvious that there is suddenly, quite improbably, no one else around at all.
no subject
With a confident ease Bight reached back and drew the large battle sword with a single hand, "What is it that draws you here looking for a fight?"

She summoned her Keyblade immediately, looking around her. If she was lucky, she was only being paranoid.

Well, the Book wouldn't write itself, so she'd just have to be careful.
Signum darts out high over Aqua's head and lashes down with her barbed chain-whip, trying to catch the woman off guard, or at least how fast she can move that unwieldy-looking sword.
no subject
"Who are you?" she demanded. "Why are you attacking?"

The wizard floated through the air on the way home from Celena's, at a fair clip but not in any real hurry. Things were looking up, after all. Little did he know!

As Aibghalien flies by, he'll probably notice Signum flying on a lower altitude, trying to get his attention and looking rather urgent. Well, this is rather urgent, really.
All those ranks in Sense Motive useless because he didn't think to roll.
You know what's awesome? Flatfooted mages within ten feet of you. Also Power Attack.
And now to covert abstract HP loss into actual description. Boo.
Artifacts, bro, just don't Disjunction her
He doesn't know the artifact part... and DOES have a Disjunction memorized. So caution is good!

She couldn't deny it; as a normal, lonely girl who thought themselves worthless, an idea like that was tempting.
And now, as Madoka wanders around alone and vulnerable and lacking any sort of real means to defend herself....she idly blames herself once more for letting the opportunity slip by. What good could a normal girl, with untapped power she had no idea how to access do, let alone use, do for anyone on this ship?
no subject
As it is, the pink-haired woman finds herself confronting the pink-haired girl on foot, as Signum's staying on the move while attempting to rest after the heavy fighting she's been through. Her armor is off and she's temporarily back in casual clothes, and almost running into Madoka as she mentally almost trips over the feeling of strong, yet unused, magic.
Signum freezes for a second. Was this girl another mage here to ambush her before she could ambush anyone else? Hiding her presence and lurking in a back alley? Was there any other reason for such a small girl to be wandering around the City alone?
Signum's hand cautiously moves toward the sword pendant at her throat...
no subject
As it stands, it's a shy and nervous girl that smiles at Signum, completely unaware of her intentions. "O-Oh, I'm sorry, miss....I should have been watching where I was going."
