Aibghalien, meanwhile, was regretting his choice of spells; imprisoning her thusly had made it impossible to communicate with her. He liked Signum, enough that he really, really, really didn't want to whip out a wand and start fireballing her into oblivion. He maintained some hope that she could listen to reason...

That was an idea. Aibghalien quickly cast mirror image, surrounding himself with a few duplicates -- then waited a moment. He suspected that Signum would not be so easily balked by a mere fourth-level spell. Not for long. But he'd really prefer she expend her resources smashing out of it.
