Takeru wondered around the city. He had been here for a while now and found himself wondering about this place. As he made his way around he came across a very familiar looking house. The young lord slowly walked inside and looked around, things were dusty and all over the place but seemed still liveable. He stepped out into the back training area, looking around. This place should be back to normal after some cleaning up.
He picked up a broom that was laying to the side and started cleaning up the training area. He was at least home for now.

So now he was wandering the city. But it wasn't long until he had seen the house, until he had seen Takeru. He swallowed as he looked around. There was no way... It couldn't possibly be...
He stepped toward the building, his breathing shaking as he placed a hand on the wall. His mind still couldn't believe what his eyes were seeing.
"N-no... This... This can't be..."

"It is, it's the mansion."

Soft noises left his lips as tears came to his eyes. Sobs erupted, shaking his entire body. How long had it been since he'd last seen the mansion? It had been nearly a year before what happened when he had last seen it. He'd remembered the fair well dance he'd performed for the others before he left.
"The mansion," he spoke, his voice weak.

He went over to the broom and put it back in storage, as he looked to his teammate,
"Want to help?"
no subject
"Yes... Of course I want to help."

"We can start here and work our way inside."

"That sounds like a wonderful idea, tono," he agreed, taking the mop in hand.

He went over to one area and started mopping before kneeling down and touching the wood. There was a deep red stain there. This had been... He'd remembered trying to help get it out. He forgot which battle it had been after... Perhaps the last one...

"See something?"
no subject
"Just an old memory. Nothing more."
no subject
"What memory?"

Phillip liked to drive around when he wasn't doing anything other than reading, and pulling the HardBoiler to a halt in front of the building, he noted that someone had indeed gone inside.
Parking the machine and pulling his helmet off before setting in on the cycle, he pushed his way in, looking around for the person that would be walking in on the compound.

"Welcome."

"Phillip," he said with a little nod. "Pleased to meet you."

"What brings you here?"
no subject
"I hope I'm not intruding."

"I'm Takeru Shiba 19th head of the Shiba clan, and you are?"

He motioned towards the door to his invited guest.

Stepping inside, Phillip looked around the home and smiled a little. It seemed very full of life, at least its lingering sentiment. "This is your family home I take it?"
no subject
"Yes, my family has lived here for along time now."
He motioned for Phillip to have a seat at a cleared table as he went into the kitchen and made some tree, bringing it out along with a cup for his guest and himself. He set the tea tray on the table and sat down at the table.

Something about this place seemed to prickle at Phillip's memory, and he was trying to figure out where he had heard about it. "Shiba... I am certain I have heard that name before. It was a long time ago though."

Takeru set Shishi origami on the table, as it unfolded into it's lion form as went over and started playing with what seemed to be a dust particle.
"If you know a Tsukasa Kadoya, he also has been to this house once."

"I see, that's interesting."
He took a sip of his tea, as he looked over at the lion.
"shishi come here."
The little lion perked up at Takeru's voice and ran over to him folding back up into it's pentagon shape.

"I hope you at least find your stay here a little more comfortable than it was for us when we first arrived. It has been slightly rough since a lot of us haven't had a shore leave since this last time."

He took a sip of his tea, leaving the shishi origami out on the table
