The Journey Begins
The usual call to the bridge for certain people came in, as the announcement from Stacy came in. The briefing had gone well, as with the amount of information, as scanty as best. With the obs detached from her hull for a temporary amount of time, the large shape of Stacy’s obs deck moved down towards what appeared to be a warp in space.
Passing through it, a large world suddenly appeared before the group and soon, they were passing down through the atmosphere towards a large landmass that oddly looked like a parrot. It was here in a large field that sat astride a marvelous castle that her pod touched down.
The doors opened, and the chosen people were discharged from Stacy as a delegation emerged from the city, dressed in what appeared to be medieval garb. And sitting astride a white “horse”, which actually to be all fair was a stuffed horse head on a stick with a man banging what appeared to be coconuts behind him, was a regal looking man with a big crown and a neatly trimmed beard.
He was obviously royalty, considering that he didn’t have shit all over him.
(ooc: Welcome to the Land of ARRRRGH. Please feel free to make tags into the mingle subset and the inquiry with the ruler of the land.)
EDIT: Part 2 is up, and Part 1 is still welcome to be tagged into!
Dead Parrot Sketch
“Worthy knights, I bid you all welcome to our humble land, for in it, we reign peace, and prosperity, once you and your people prepare our most humblest of tasks.”
Re: Dead Parrot Sketch
Haruna blinked a few times. Of all things, the sentence had confused her a little.
However, she bowed politely. "Erm... Eels," she said, her best attempt at coming up with a suitable honorific for some reason.

Re: Dead Parrot Sketch
"My hovercraft is full of them?", Haruna continued. She must be getting something wrong here, but what?

"May I inquire as to what this task might be?"

Probably not, but she hated to think of what else it might be.
Mingling
Well, at least what they say is true: you gotta be a man to wear tights. Or woman. Either or, you are wearing the tights, if the evil eyeball from the hooded shady looking filthy merchant with the lady-pitch voice would broke about it.
Re: Mingling
After he puts them on, he turns to the person next to him. "Don't think I don't notice you checking me out."

But two things about this place distinctly unsettled her: the lack of her powers (and therefore her strength and confidence) and the animosity she perceived. Not only was she a woman, a rather rare sight among adventurers, she was also distinctly alien in appearance. Perhaps she'd become too used to acceptance.
"Just a few moments, please!" And she dashed over to to the other end of this room to change, half-turned toward the wall. Couldn't leave herself too vulnerable to a sneak attack.

She smiled timidly at her before averting her gaze.
"You f-first, then you cover me Star?" She asked shyly.

And then she smiled. Garish as these were, they were way better than the plantsuits. Her wings did their perkly flapping thing as she followed the rest of her group, happy to have a sword - no matter how useless it would be. She wouldn't have access to her souldagger, so this would have to do, she supposed.
"This is so awesome," she said excitedly.

"I know you didn't wanna look like a clown again, but it was all they had in your size! No need to worry, okay Piplup?"
"Lup...Piplup!"

"I feel like an Ewok."

She spared Han a glance, her lips quirking up in amusement. "Short, furry, and surprisingly dangerous? There're worse things to be."

The King of Knights didn't panic, but this was going to make things considerably more difficult, especially with Excalibur and her Servant's abilities gone. And somehow, the weapons of choice didn't look very promising.
This was going to be a considerable challenge.
The Monks Chant/Bring Out Your Dead
Domus Sanctus In Nomine...
WHACK
Ire Sanctus Nomine...
WHACK
This decidedly strange procession was solemn as the group was gathered into the main courtyard of the main castle. At the end of it was a monk who wasn't hitting his face with a plank with a cross on it, carrying a jewel laden box in his arms.
The monk nodded gravely at the group. "Hello and salutations to you all," said the monk with a high pitched nasally voice. "I am Brother Biggus Dickus, and here is your task that we have called you all here for."
Opening the jewelled box, he reached into it and showed off a jewel encrusted egg-shaped item. "Our most sacred items of items, the Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch, passed down from generation to generation. The ancient texts require a group of outsiders to come to our world, and bring a Holy Hand Grenade to its destination."
"Are there any questions?" asked the King, standing a good ten feet to the side of the box of Holy Hand Grenades.
